Great experience from choice, to service, to finished product

The team at Flashbay are very prompt. The service was very good, Adam was very helpful when placing the order. We're very pleased with the quality and style of the USBs we've gone ahead with. Delivery was very quick for the quantity we ordered.

They also provide proofs free of charge which came in handy when choosing the right colour and logo for this job.

Overall a good experience, and a big shoutout to Adam.

The costumer service was great, very pro-active and responsive. The deliveries are super fast, I just got the product (a Tote Bag with a logo) and the quality is amazing, the colours are just like the image I sent to them and the print is high quality. I will definitely buy from them again.

I had quite a few challenges with shipping, but Theodore was incredibly patient and went above and beyond to ensure everything was organised correctly—even at very short notice. Thanks to his support, the bottles arrived ahead of time for my event without any issues.

I would highly recommend the Traveller bottles—they are excellent quality. My client and the conference attendees were absolutely raving about them, with many saying they were among the best bottles they’ve ever received.
