It was easy to access and navigate the…

It was easy to access and navigate the website, order products and complete transaction the transaction without any problems. Where necessary, for example, determining exactly where the recipient actually lives, how zip codes work in Canada with special reference to the correct zip code for delivering the item I ordered, everything was done to make sure the package arrived safely and timely. The female staff person, who assisted me was exceptionally professional, courteous and polite. Bloomex is going to be my preferred choice for any future transactions of this kind.

CONSUMER WARNING – AVOID FLEUR QUÉBEC

Terrible experience from start to finish.

A delivery guaranteed for Tuesday was postponed at the last minute to Wednesday. I immediately requested a cancellation due to their failure to deliver on time — no response.

I tried calling multiple times. After waiting on hold for 5–7 minutes each time, the call simply disconnects. There is effectively no customer service.

Worse, I ordered a $75 sympathy bouquet and what was delivered looked like a $5 arrangement from a convenience store. It was cheap, poorly arranged, some of the flowers were wilted and completely inappropriate for such a sensitive occasion. Embarrassing and unacceptable.

This company does not deliver what it promises and does not stand behind its service.

Avoid FLEUR QUÉBEC.

we order corporate flowers quite often with Bloomex and have had no issues. Flowers arrive on time and they are just like I ordered.
Annie recently helped me out with an order and she was very helpful and answered my question expediently.

Good service

The ordering process was super easy and the delivered product was gorgeous! My only complaint is that I sent flowers to someone, setting the delivery address at their house, but the flowers were instead delivered to their workplace. As well, the message to print inside the card was printed and tape to the outside of the card (for everyone to see).
Regardless, the recipient loved them and I would use this service again!

I'm thoroughly impressed with the flower delivery service. The flowers arrived fresh and beautifully arranged with gift, exceeding my expectations. Delivery was right on time as promised, and the ordering process on their website was smooth and hassle-free. The pricing was fair for the quality received. I have never received my order

I have never received my order. I have also attempted to contact you more than 15 times without being able to speak with anyone.

Additionally, your tracking system does not provide any clear or useful information regarding the status of my order, which has only made the situation more frustrating.

I paid extra to have my package…

I paid extra to have my package delivered on a specific day, but it arrived frozen and 4 days late. That is completely unacceptable.

On top of that, the package was delivered to the wrong address. This caused even more delay and frustration.

Customer service promised to get back to me the same day with a solution, but I have still heard nothing. I have contacted them multiple times and received no proper response.

Very disappointing experience. I will not be ordering from this company again.

Beautiful Experience & Outstanding Service service was…

Chand’s customer service was exceptional from start to finish. They were responsive, attentive, and made the entire ordering process seamless. The flowers were beautifully arranged and delivered exactly as promised. Overall, the experience with the company was smooth and professional, I’ll definitely be ordering again.

Very bad service 😡

Very bad service 😡, I was looking to do an order, the billing address was the same as the mailing address, I was looking to change it, I didn't press the button to order, I was just preparing it, and it went through without pressing order. I called right away, the agent was hanging the phone. I asked to change the shipping address, after calling about 10 times, they couldn't help. They say they cannot change anything, I asked for a cancellation, also impossible. I was so mad. I sent many emails asking to change the address, I received an email saying they don't do modifications and order was in process. This is very bad service, I lost my money and I am sending myself flowers... Stay away from that company, behind it is Bloomex. This is my ref number ending with 4006.
