We have booked with Flight Centre numerous times using Andrew Stevens as our travel agent. He has been exceptional with all of our trips. Our last trip was a round the world trip starting in Dublin going to Vietnam, Australia and back to Dublin via Vancouver, Alaska Cruise dnd London. The trip was extremely well planned and thought out catering for all our requests. All transfers, flights and accomodation were perfect and I can highly recommend Andrew's professional service.

Just booked our bucket list trip with Saleha who made the whole experience seamless and enjoyable, despite many questions and changes. Would thoroughly recommend, as I would the Flight Centre who I've travelled with many times since 2019 and they've always sorted great trips/experiences.

I have just booked a road trip holiday in the Canadian Rockies. It first seemed like it would be too much hassle & too expensive to organise, but Saleha Begum at FlightCentre has been absolutely amazing in getting everything sorted, hotels, flights, luggage, car hire and more all within budget! AI might be taking over the world but as long as There are Air Specialists like Andrew from Flight Centre it will be held at bay in the travel sector!

We'd used Flight Centre previously for flights, this was the first time we'd used them for creating a full trip. We'd already planned and costed the trip through the Canadian Rockies and onto Alaska - but we asked if they could match the price. Our travel consultant, Jamie Bawn, came back with a lower price which included extras that we hadn't known about. His service was prompt and informative - and he always came back quickly if we had a query. Even when the holiday was over and we were home, he chased up and resolved an outstanding issue we had with one of the hotels.

Saleha was very friendly and helpful. My wife and i have made changes to our original itinerary and Saleha dealt with these promptly and without fuss. Our multi-stop holiday has been made so much easier by booking through flight centre.

Flight center was amazing for me. Super helpful, looked in to everything to find what would work well for me and my family. I will definitely be back again to plan our next adventure

Saleha was so knowledgable, professional, and friendly. She took the time to understand what I was looking for, what really mattered to me. I’m now looking forward to visiting family and friends and enjoying a sunny Australian Christmas. Booking process was very easy too. A good experience.

Normally we would book these trips on our own, but given we wanted a long-haul holiday with lots of stops and hotels, we trusted Tara to sort. Best decision we could have made! All flights and hotels were spot on and just what we asked for, and mid-way through the holiday, a flight was cancelled because of a typhoon. But Tara had a new flight and hotel booked within the hour, and we caught a different flight the next morning and still hit the beach! Great communications in the lead up and during the holiday and would definitely recommend!!

Every detail I requested in my initial contact - four flights, two taxis and a nominated hotel were all sorted out within hours.
Nichole even chose isle seats on my behalf!

Having a travel agent to arrange a last minute and complicated trip for a funeral made all the difference at a difficult time, as well as a person to help navigate a visa issue

I ask her to help me for flight to Sydney and she done amazing job for me take long time with me about time for flight both ways and stay in Bangkok with Hotel at the end she done perfect job.

Liaising with Imogen Altman. Fantastic service. Imogen found the flights and answered my questions. I made an error with dates. Imogen sorted it all out with BA within the booking with total professionalism and humour after payment had been made. What a star. Exceedingly happy with the service. We entrusted our planning for our 2027 trip to New Zealand to Josie Gough at Flight Centre.

Whilst it’s still several months before we head off, it’s fair to say that Josie made the booking process very straightforward, despite our repeated questions and queries around the itinerary.

Josie’s knowledge of New Zealand, having lived there, was invaluable. Booking such a lengthy trip, with stopovers in Singapore and Hong Kong, and a side trip to Fiji, would have been very challenging for us. Josie was very patient with our email queries and was always prompt with responses; I’m sure we were somewhat challenging to handle but Josie was able to pull everything together so that we can now look forward to an amazing trip with all bookings and arrangements finalised and in place.

From start to finish the service from Tara has been absolutely amazing !!!Tara was brilliant with ideas on where to visit for our trip the Japan , the hotels were all of a good standard and Tara answered my panic emails as the trip got closer straight away and put me at ease.
I would highly recommend using Flight centre as the process of booking a holiday was made extremely easy and affordable.
