I can find no record of a notification from you of a faulty item Mr Jadidi. I tried calling but there was no answer
Can you confirm you have tried to contact us about this issue and what method you used.
The item should not have been faulty but these things can happen and you will be offered a full refund and we will send a label to collect it so you will not be out of pocket.
As for no replacement who said there was no more ?

We were having difficulty in purchasing our map on-line. My husband and I are 87 and I can only do certain things in technology. Also I am nervous of setting up accounts. To find a phone number on your web site gave us hope and the lady who responded listened to our rather rambling request and found the right map. It arrived safely. My husband grew up obsessed by aeroplanes and is having a flight in a spitfire on his birthday in July. He can think of nothing else!
The map is not an essential but is giving him so much interest. To speak with someone so pleasant, knowledgeable, helpful and patient made such a difference. It was a joy to purchase it.
