Being able to order over the phone rather than having to put card details into the internet, friendly staff, reasonable prices [some places charge inflated prices for Hobby Master etc] and the order arrived well pack / on time.

I apologise if you feel you have not had the quality service our other customers have enjoyed.
To help us establish why can you provide more information please so we can look into this for you by emailing us directly at orders@flightstore.co.uk.
We only have our order notes to go on and that is showing that you contacted us to say you had a faulty unit and you wanted a replacement.
Our system shows we agreed to this request and we sent you a new unit and we have also sent a returns label to return the first unit.
There is no mention of you receiving a poor service or of you being dissatisfied so I dont know how to reply?
