I had a very informative chat with you at Taste of London, as a result of which I purchased a knife as a present for a budding chef, which was delivered safely and quickly. The knives are expensive and there are cheaper alternatives. However, on present experience worth the money. The only reason for four stars is limited use at present with no knowledge of longevity and edge retention. So far would definitely buy again.

You sent me a replacement knife that had broken under guarantee, without question and only asking for photo of damaged knife. I originally asked if they could match the price I paid for it at a show and not expected a replacement with no charge. This I feel was customer service at it's highest. Thank you

Just amazing knives and fantastic service. Without a quibble replaced(at no cost) a knife I bought 10 years ago that broke while I was crushing garlic I would give 10 stars if possible!!

Well complained about a problem with our untility knife
The metal insert had become loose
We received a very prompt response with a new knife being sent the next day

Decided to treat myself to some new kitchen knives and decided flint and flame was where I was going as my dad was also a chef swears by them and for a very good reason. They’re very well made, incredibly balanced and very nice to handle, the box they came in was nicely made and made it a nice unboxing experience, would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to buy new knives and will definitely be adding more to my collection in the future!
