Flipkart is doing a huge fraud in the name of sales. Yesterday evening, I ordered 2 phones and made the full online payment, but after a few hours, both orders were cancelled and my money was blocked.
Still, this morning I again ordered an iPhone 17 and the payment was debited successfully, but once again the order was cancelled and my payment got blocked. In total, they have now blocked around ₹1.65 lakh of my money.
Secondly, if they do not want to sell phones during the sale, then they should not display them at all. This is the first time I have seen such a big fraud on an official shopping platform.
I would request everyone not to fall into these fake sale traps. It seems like just a way to block customers’ payments unnecessarily.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with Flipkart’s SAME-DAY DELIVERY service.
I ordered an analog watch for an important event and selected SAME-DAY DELIVERY because timing was critical. However, the order was delayed and the status falsely showed that the delivery was “rescheduled/requested by customer,” even though I never requested any rescheduling.
When I contacted customer support, I repeatedly received scripted responses such as “wait 24 hours” and “it depends on the driver.” Even escalation handling was poor and frustrating.
The biggest issue was not only the delay, but the misleading status update and lack of accountability. Customers should not have to plan important events around delivery uncertainty after choosing SAME-DAY DELIVERY.
Flipkart seriously needs to improve:

* escalation handling,
* and accountability for false status updates.

4- User-Friendly App: The interface is simple and intuitive. Finding products, comparing prices, and checking out is usually a very smooth process.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with Flipkart. I purchased an AC on 18th April 2026, and today is 4th May—yet the installation has still not been completed.
I have contacted customer care multiple times, but every time they just extend the timeline by 1–2 more days without any proper resolution. There is no accountability or urgency from their side.
Out of frustration, I requested a return for the product, but shockingly, they refused and said there is no such policy. This is completely unacceptable, especially when the service has been so poor.
This has been a very frustrating and stressful experience. I strongly suggest that no one should purchase electronic items from Flipkart. Their policies are very poor, and customer support is highly unreliable.

Flipkart is apparently competing with Amazon covering similar product ranges but it seems still way to go catching up on the same level of service!
Once you buy a product, its very difficult to actually communicate with the seller. You may reach Flipkart customer service but they aren’t very helpful either.
Last year I bought a bed which came in a broken condition and I had to cancel and return. Harassment for few days!
This year I bought an Atomberg ceiling fan thru Flipkart. First of all, the exchange offer is a fuss because they offer you 230Rs and cut 100Rs for taking the old fan away. And when the nee fan arrives, they ask you to uninstall and keep the old fan ready for taking away or else you end up paying that 230Rs anyway. Then comes the installation part. They charge you about 200Rs in advance. They were supposed to install within 2 days. After a day, I received a whatsapp automated message after midnight and asking to confirm the installation within 4 hours. This is a joke by itself! I missed and next day I received similar message after midnight. This time I did confirm and next morning I recd service technician details who was supposed to call me. Waited whole day but nothing. Then next morning again I received another service technician details. This time, after waiting the whole day, I called the number in the evening. The service technician said he is too busy and cannot even come the next day! I cancelled the installation and got the fan installed by a local technician. Next day I got a call from a Jeeves guy (apparently the service partner of Atomberg) and said that if I cancel the installation with them, then the warranty is null and void! I think overall its a scam and I am not sure whether its a Scam by Flipkart or Atomberg or Jeeves !!

The worst service. Previously i face endless issue and my special day got ruined plus they canceled the delivery by themselves after restlessly trying to get my order from 2 weeks. And the delivery person was the worst person.

Extremely disappointing service – Order delayed and cancelled without consent
I had placed an order for a dress on April 3rd, and after waiting for almost a month, I still did not receive it. The delivery was rescheduled twice without my permission or any proper explanation.
To make matters worse, the order was suddenly cancelled from the backend (RTO) without informing me in advance. When I contacted customer support, I was told that the order cannot be restored and that I would have to place a new order if I still wanted the product. This is completely unacceptable.
There was no accountability, no proper communication, and no effort to provide a resolution or customer satisfaction. The support team was unhelpful and dismissive.
This experience has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. I expected much better service. I would not recommend relying on this platform for time-sensitive purchases

Flipkart’s return system is a scam. Avoid it.
Do NOT buy any product from Flipkart.
Their return process is a complete trap. They will demand a “style code” that doesn’t exist anywhere on the product, tag, label, invoice, or packaging. When you can’t provide it, they push you to upload some shipping package image — which is usually just a thin paper cover. And with their usual open‑box deliveries, that packaging is often gone or damaged from the start.
Even if the product is untouched, with all tags intact, and the box in perfect condition, they still throw some ridiculous last‑minute condition at you — something that is not written anywhere in their return policy. When you point this out, they shamelessly say, “Not everything can be written in the policy.”
The entire process is a headache and a waste of time. I got fed up fighting with their nonsense and ended up giving up.
Bottom line: Flipkart’s return system is a scam. Avoid it.

I would have preferred to give a 0-star rating rather than 1, given the experience I had with Flipkart. I ordered a Samsung mobile and mobile cover to gift someone on 25th april and delivery date of phone was 27th april, then they pushed the delivery to 29th april and still mobile was not delivered and they said they will provide resolution by 1st may and till 2nd may, there is no resolution and they kept on saying it is due to logistics issue and only cover got delivered on 02/05 which was to be delivered on 03/05. Is the logistics issue just for phone?? and not for cover?? Phone delivery is delayed by almost 7 days and still no resolution, worst site to order anything. Poor customer service.

I received a damaged product from Flipkart and the after-sales experience has been extremely frustrating. It has been almost a month, yet the return pickup has still not been completed. Multiple return requests were created and then cancelled, and even when pickup agents were assigned, they did not collect the product.
This is unacceptable service. The issue is clearly not due to any fault from my side, yet I have had to keep following up again and again with no proper resolution. A damaged item should be picked up and refunded quickly, but Flipkart has failed to handle this case responsibly.

I ordered several items. Tracking first shows in transit, after few days out for delivery. Next day it showsvorder cancelled due to unablebto to deliver item by agent. No phone call or delivery attempt. Simply show status as attempted delivery but failed and cancelled. Tried to report in customer chat, but it shows frw programmed messages and no option to chat with agent. Waste of time, poor customer support. Victimising customers. Cheating fraud.
