We have written several times, only for them to ignore our emails. Very difficult to return a bra that does not fit.

UNSATISFIED CUSTOMER

If a company is going to offer a guarantee of satisfaction, then that is what they should hold to, 100%. On receiving our garments, we were not happy with how they fit and requested a refund. We were offered 30% back and to keep the garments, which DON'T fit, so why would I want to keep them!?! I took the offer only because it's not worth the fight or hassle.

Do not buy from this company! SCAM

Bra was okish, nothing special. It’s more the subscription service which they say you have signed up to, which I never did, which is the issue. Lodged a complaint with PayPal and with the company.

This bra is terrible

This bra is terrible. It has the weirdest fit and is horribly uncomfortable. I didn't get sucked into ordering multiples but they sure tried.

I am beyond frustrated with this…

I am beyond frustrated with this service. I have tried to cancel my subscription and have not received a response. I was just charged on 9/7 and then again on 9/21. They don't even have a portal where you can update payment information or actually cancel a subscription. I am fighting with the bank currently to not reissue my debit card because it will be a nightmare to figure out for all the subscriptions and auto payments I have.

Absolute scam

Absolute scam. Do NOT purchase from this site. I thought I did enough reading through reviews, but they must have been bots or paid avertisers, as when I received the product, it was nothing as advertised. I contacted their support email as directed to request a return, to which I received a response saying that I must not have ordered correctly. I did order correctly, so I said I would rather a refund. Turns out, they don't pay for shipping, so they said they'd give me a 30% discount and let me keep the item or I could pay to ship the item back for a full refund. I requested the full refund and have yet to receive a response as to where to send this item. Then I get a second charge on my account that I did not authorize, which I am currently disputing. Don't waste your money or time with this company.

THE NERVE OF THIS COMPANY!!!!!

SCAM! SCAM! SCAM! Avoid Floral Secrets!
Save yourself time, headache and $$$ order from Amazon for $9.99!
***1st...... They automatically charged me an EXTRA $10 for expedited shipping, I did NOT ask for expedited shipping. Especially when I ordered the bras on June 10th 2024 and rv'd them on 7/11/2024 a month later.
***2nd..... I emailed them on 7/11/2024 to cancel my VIP membership. Then on 7/15/2024 was Charged the monthly VIP Fee of $34.71
***3rd...... So since I never activated (was not aware to do) my VIP membership in June 2024 & canceled my July 2024 VIP membership I was not able to order my 10 free items for June 2024 VIP.
SO IN ALL REALITY THEY GOT TO KEEP MY 10 FREE ITEMS, THEY CHARGED AN EXTRA $10 EXPEDIATED SHIPPING AND THE $34.71 MEMBERSHIP FEE FOR JULY 2024 AFTER I HAD CANCELED......
Had I not been paying attention to my Bank acc they would of gotten an extra $44.71 from me for nothing. But as they had it they got to keep the amt of the 10 free items that they refused to let me order (or if I did they would not refund my July 2024 VIP fee). So be it as long as I am done with their company. And at that I have not rec'd my $44.71 refund as of yet.

Scam site

Don't order from them. Their site is extremely predetorial and doesn't make it clear that it's a subscription, for which you get nothing in return from having it. Instead your card ends up getting charged a month later and when you try to contact someone nobody gets back to you. Save yourself the hassle and just buy from victoriassecret or Amazon.

Wanted to try one of their bras, I ordered 1. On check out it kept popping up offers to add more to the order. You could Confirm or Continue. I hit continue twice, when I received my invoice i had 7 bras, 6 of which would never in a million years fit me! I emailed them immediately to cancel the order, they didn't respond for an entire week, and I was told I would have to wait till the items were received and pay to send them back. NONE FIT, I sent them back and of course NO ONE will respond to me anymore. Have taken this issue up with Paypal and next will be my credit card company

This is a TOTAL scam

This is a TOTAL scam. I ordered 2 bras and was charged $62.52. They were very poor quality and did not fit. I returned them and have not received a refund. One month later I was charged $34.71 for “VIP Customer Benefits”. What benefits could I possibly be receiving for 2 RETURNED bras? Avoid this company!

Questionable quality and approach

Also got the additional items added to my order which I did not authorise (3 bras to the tune of $87 in entirely not my size). Initially offered discount. Items arrived and quality was awful. The cups were odd sizes and some didn't even have the lace finishing. Returns address is in the US which isn't stated before despite it being clear all orders are managed through a central local country processing address. However, I have returned the items and provided the requested proof and a full refund has been issued. I'm still considerably out of pocket though due to postage and exchange rates but less so than if I had accepted the 'discounts'.

Scam scam scam!!! Please do not order from this website or you will be stuck like lots of us trying to get your refund back. As other reviewers have mentioned the same thing has happened to me I gave it shot bought 1 bra for $39.99 with tax came up to $47.00 and some change . About 5 mins later I got another charge of $223.93 for 6 extra bras that I didn't even order,all the same color and size that isn't even my size. Called up paypal right away and my bank for fraudulent unauthorized charges so in the process of getting my money back. I gave the company a call to tell them I didn't make those other 6 purchases and they have excuses not to give you your money back they said all we can do is give you 50% discount that I was the one who probably accidentally put those in my cart. Absolutely 💯 not the case I know what I ordered. Please if your reading this do not purchase from this website STAY FAR AWAY or else you will become there next victim.

Second unauthorised charge

Literally just placed an order for one item. Got charged 40usd - expected. Then instantly charged another 102usd!
I have emailed straightaway reporting incorrect second payment.
No order acknowledgement sent for either payment. All I have is a 'thank you for your order' email. I'm fuming.

Beware of the auto upsale

Beware of the auto upsale...I ordered 1 bra and 7 minutes after that received a second charge for 3 more bras. I never received a receipt originally just an email saying my order was accepted. I have 2 very seperate paypal charge receipts as I stated 7 minutes apart but I had nothing to compare it to. When talking with the company they blamed me for "pushing the button myself" and then sent a receipt that was just magically available to them with both transactions all on one. I would never have ordered the size that was chosen and I sure as hell wouldn't have gone to the page and done it 7 minutes later. This place is a fraud and I wouldn't trust them.

Update: I am not giving all my info via a review for all the population I filled out the info request via trust pilot plus we have been doing this dance so long now you should be able to just look my name or the email chain called "uh no!" I had to get to the point where I'm fighting this via PayPal and also trying to return the one that I actually ordered as it is the wrong size.

Too small and they delay refunds

I ordered one early January. Followed their size chart, and then I noticed it is a monthly subscription! For bras???? I cancelled the subscription promptly but when the bra arrived it was significantly too small in the band and the cup. They were reasonably quick to offer the refund/return requirements and options which includes PHOTOS OF ME SPILLING OUT OF THEIR BRA!!!! I followed their return instructions at my expense on Feb 14. It is April 7 and I still do not have my refund. They claim a system glitch and insist that the only way they can refund my money is through Pay Pal even though I did not use Pay Pal to purchase. I don't use Pay Pal because my PP account got hacked and I ended up with a huge Identity Theft and Fraud ordeal a few years ago. They insist if I don't go through Pay Pal then I won't get my refund. I even suggested a mailed cheque, but they refused. So now I had to "find a friend who doesn't mind using Pay Pal to get the refund" for me. Still waiting, and not sure now if Pay Pal will actually refund or if it will be a credit that he will need to shop for something using the credit and then pay me back. What a scam!!!!! I will NEVER order from them again. Actually rethinking all online orders from now on. Had some really bad experiences lately.
