Thieves

Thieves. Tried to buy 1 bra for $30, my card was charged 5 times within 5 minutes for a total of $300. Now I can't get the money back.

Subscription Scam

I was apparently unknowingly signed up for a monthly subscription after ordering one bra that didn’t even fit. Feels like a scam. I emailed the company, hopefully they will refund me. I wouldn’t recommend ordering from them.

The quality is good and sizing is really bad

Took almost a month to get to me only for them to be way the wrong size. in what world is a 20 in band supposed to be 30 in band and that was after stretching it all the way out (I measured). I have a hard enough time finding bras as is (I’m a 30h) without having to wiggle around places that don’t even know how to properly size their products. The quality of the bras is decent but not almost $40 a piece good. The front clasp is nice it’s bigger than most front clasp bras and it’s made of metal.

SCAM

SCAM! I ordered 1 bra and without my authorization I got enrolled in somekind of $34.71/month monthly membership that I would never have wanted and didn't realize was happening. Super shady company. They charged me for months before I noticed and I got ZERO from it....had no idea this was happening. There was zero value to this monthly membership I never would have signed up for had I known. Really shady practice making it not at all obvious that this was happening. I've written to them and asked for refund and they aren't sending me my refund. They definitely need to be reported for scamming people into a monthly membership that has no value and isn't obvious that we are opting in to.

Floral secrets debited my account for…

Floral secrets debited my account for four bras despite my only ordering one. They force you to go through a series of refusing to buy more when ordering . How rude. They refuse to refund me. They offered me a 25% refund despite the fact that they sent me three bras in the wrong size that I cannot possibly wear. I had to cancel my card and they still refuse to refund me. I am in dispute with my bank. They sent me four bras and three completely the wrong size A. I wear an i. This has been an absolutely horrible experience. They debited my card for 38.00 and for $100 a couple of days later.. and an additional $14 for shipping and handling as well. I only intended on spending the original $38 through a special offer.. you can find these bras on Amazon for $23 and as low as $17 versus Facebook. This is an absolutely horrible experience. I will never buy through Facebook again. Ever.Furthermore customer service continues to email me with no resolution. It’s beginning to feel like they take pleasure and emailing with no resolution. It’s been four or five emails.

The bra don't fit despite using correct…

The bra don't fit despite using correct measurements.
The cup may fit a tween, not a large size breasts.
The website tricked you into ordering multiple orders.
Lack of communication from the company, when trying to return and refund.
They're avoiding refunding by offering more of their inferior product.

ZERO STARS

ZERO STARS!
First off, the website is set up so when you click on continue to check out, you are ordering three more bras. Not in your size. And, the payment is taken immediately. "Hassle-free" refunds? That was a joke. I ordered my bra on March 2, 2025. It's April 4, 2025 now. Still no bra.
I was also charged $35 for the VIP package. What is the VIP package? And why would I want it for $35 a month?

Floral Secrets charged me for VIP…

Floral Secrets charged me for VIP Customer benefit $34.71US for two (2) months when I DID NOT authorise this debit, paid for 2 bras received these no problems. They REFUSED TO REFUND. Paypal dispute lodged & that was refused, diputed these debits again NOT able to get a refund, So beware people on checkout this secret VIP that DONOT agree too gets taken from your bank account at $34.71US per month if not checked. January & February charges where taken

Only gave one star because it will not…

Only gave one star because it will not let you leave no stars. They took my money and I never received my bras. Do not buy. They take your money and you get nothing.

Update 4-16-25 still never received Bras, did go to the post office they don't have it. It was never delivered to my home. When I emailed them they said they have received lots of emails about the same thing
Yet never took care of mine. Do not buy from them it's a scam.

I wish I could leave no stars!! While the product isn't great, ill fitting, the main problem is they sneakily hit you with a recurring subscription! Luckily I saw it after the first one and cancelled. BEWARE AND DON'T SHOP HERE!!

Be very careful buying from this…

Be very careful buying from this company. The quality is poor and you are charged in USD, which is not made clear during purchase. They also automatically add a subscription to your order and charge you $34 USD per month for it!! Be warned and steer clear of them! I have returned my purchase and now battling for a refund of both the purchase price and two months of unauthorized subscriptions.

Got scammed not once but 3 times I ordered whay I thought was ine bra I checked my emails and got 1 charged to me thays ovwr 100 canadiaan dollars after fight8ng them.fie icwr 1 week to 1.5 weeks they refunded me for the one I rwcived my bra and it's in wring size and is not comfy well I was checking my bank today and noticed another payment of 50.75 taken ojt of my bank without my knowledge if it is subscription.i knew nothing about it I sent in a long email that lwant my money back within a few days or I'm.goimg.to the fraud department through m bank I have 2 kids to feed and lunches to be madw and now I'm.brokw because they took my kids lunches for the weekend so beyond pissed

Boyfriend can't take his eyes away

AMAZING!
I had to do an exchange since I got the wrong size; there was no issue with getting that done. There was a small discrepancy in charge on my bill ( 100% my fault; I didn't read the small writing for subscription ), and they fully refunded me everything with no problem at all.
The bras are comfy and great quality.
Definitely plan on buying more in the near future.

I purchased two bras on a buy one get one free offer.
I have then had two further lots of money taken from my account, looks like it is a subscription that I did not and would not have agreed to.
If it was a subscription surely they should have provided something in exchange for the payments, but no.

Scammers and Crap Merchandise

If I could give it 0 star I would. They use multiple names/websites for the exact same bra and they have continued to take payments FOR MONTHS from my credit card without my consent. Unfortunately I, stupidly, didn't realize. Just assumed, my husband was buying things. And to top it off the bra is crap, uncomfortable and poorly made. Fell about after 2 hand washes

this company use Nymbus Llc. Nymbus have taken various amounts from my Paypal account without my permission. I have requested a full refund and have stopped the recurring payments. Just awful that there are so many scams out there praying on the vulnerable who want a bargain and end up being ripped off. I will never recommend Floralsecrets to anybody and would urge people to avoid buying anything from them ever.

Complete rip-off

The bra is uncomfortable and does not lift like it says. This company is not helpful when you need to return your items. 1st they do not pay for your shipping when you return an item, 2nd they will 1st offer you only 30% of your refund “so you don’t have to deal with the hassle” they will go up to 40% if you are lucky. I do not recommend buying from them unless you just want to waste your $.

Buyer be very ware! Scammers!

I can't give zero stars... the bras are very low quality. I originally got the wrong size, this was quickly rectified so I suppose they should get 1 star for that.
Somehow, I don't know how, but they manage to subscribe you to some "customer benefits" that I never subscribed to, or recieved a confirmation that I was subscribed which charges you the cost of a whole new bra each month with nothing coming from it. They also somehow manage to have paypal on their side so there is no way to get your money back. We figured it out after 2 months and now I can't get my money back. Go and look at their "Terms of Service" they are absolute scammers. Do not give any payment or payment details to this company.
