Beware - scam company with Average products

Beware - very dodgy company, at checkout they subscribe you as a VIP and charge you NZ$60 a month and conveniently do not tell you this in any email. The order confirmation email provides no details of your actual order, presumably to get round telling you this.

Due to my own fault at not looking at my statements, I only realized this (thankfully) when the 3rd payment came out on my credit card.

Their website gives you no details of this 'membership' you've subscribed to. Contacting them, the only email I received was to try to convince me not to end the subscription, after I told them to cancel it immediately.. Nothing! No further response to confirm it has been canceled.

Products - Bra was average and small sizing also, would not buy again even without the scamming involved by the Nymbus company. Paid extra for expedited delivery which did not happen and took a long time to receive item.

To clarify, the VIP membership is presented as an optional add-on during checkout and would only be included if selected before completing the purchase. Charges may also appear under Nymbus LLC, which is our payment processor and can sometimes look unfamiliar on bank or credit card statements.

That said, if you requested cancellation, we’d like to review your account to confirm the membership status and ensure it has been properly canceled. We can also look into the billing and the expedited shipping concern you mentioned.

I had been looking for a bra that would not only be supportive but also comfortable, well I differently found it with the Rose bra.
The staff were very helpful when it came to choosing the right size gor me. The colours you can choose from are very nice.

I REALLY like this bra!

I REALLY like this bra!! The first one i received was the wrong size, but the company handled this very quickly and sent me the correct size. It is soft and is the best fitting bra i have ever owned, with no exaggeration. The people i have had to email have been very helpful and professional. It had been a long time since i felt like i could say "i trust the company", but i trust this one!! A+!!

I got my product which was not at all…

I got my product which was not at all as described in the videos and tried to do a return or exchange atleast and took forever to even have someone contact me and it was becoming to be a pain to return so I just gave up the loss of the money or the bra then I get charged 34 for a membership I didn’t even know I signed up for and have been trying to get that resolved for awhile now and all they are willing to do is return half the money for a subscription I didn’t even know I signed up for and immediately told them to cancel!!! Do not trust this company and I would not buy from them for sure!

To be clear the min I was charged $34 I questioned immediately as to why and asked that it be stopped whatever the reason and my money returned right then so immediately. As far as “clicking” the only thing I recall clicking was to get sales and info from you in newsletter for so unless this membership was in tiny writing I don’t recall that. On the order number to clear it up I got an email that simply said you canceled it and that is all this morning which I’m about to respond to, but as I have said in this for everyone to see been arguing with your company for awhile now and getting nowhere.

As a courtesy, we attempted to process a refund for you. However, since a dispute has already been filed, the funds are currently on hold and we are unable to complete the refund directly on our end while the case is active.

If you would prefer for us to resolve this directly, the dispute would need to be withdrawn first. Once it is closed, we can immediately proceed with the refund.

I never received my order as it kept…

I never received my order as it kept being sent back to the warehouse but the customer service along the way was OUTSTANDING! I’m not even really mad that I didn’t get the product because I got a refund and had timely responses every step of the way. The best customer service I’ve personally ever dealt with.

Beware do not order!

I kept seeing the ads for floral secrets and the bras looked so pretty and they seemed reasonably priced. I ordered one and when I finally got it, it was the smallest bra that I’ve ever seen and nowhere near the actual size I ordered. There’s no way it was the size I ordered! I contacted them, they said you don’t need you to send it back, but will you accept another bra at no cost to, I guess “make it right” or something. I said I was willing to try if this one had been mismarked or something. I still haven’t received it, but today I got a charge through my PayPal account and they’re charging me double what I paid for the original bra! I can’t get to talk to an actual person to have it taken off or refunded. PayPal is not disputing it either. Beware do not order from them.!

Absolutely horrible company

Absolutely horrible company. Don't waste your time and money. Got unexpected charges, after ordering two bras got charged for 6. Customer service is horrible, lack of communication and told would only get 30% refund even though we immediately emailed the company after seeing we were charged for 6 bras rather than 2. And on top of that the bras that we got charged for aren't even the correct size. Bras themselves look nice, fit looks awkward and aren't super comfortable.

Buyers BEWARE! Definitely a scam!

I ordered four bras for my wife. When they arrived they were too small. I contacted them for a return and Claire got in touch. She stated to measure my wife and she would replace the small items. They arrived yesterday in the new size without having to return the first delivery. Fantastic service.
