Floship did an amazing thing. It was good that they are the best when it comes to logistics but to extremely do their roles as support and maintain the everything from delivering to ensuring the zero damage upon delivery was met. It was amazing. Thank you Floship for the excellent work.

In my many previous orders with Floship, I have always enjoyed a commendable support. They have been very supportive and have a fast response rate to any of the queries.

We're a small ecommerce business and about 3 months ago, we started selling globally. We contacted Floship and were able to get a reasonable deal where they ship our products to all International buyers.
They've a good system which is easy to use and integrate with our system. So, our onboarding time was negligible and we have been using them for about 3 months now without any issues whatsoever. They are prompt in their response and turnaround time is also very good.
We would highly recommend them!

I use floship for my ecommerce business because I need a professional team to take care of my logistics. I started with them in 2015 and until now they have never disappointed me. All orders have been delivered on time and, furthermore, it is very easy for me to track each one of them due to the smart integration that floship is using. would certainly recommend them.

Our company was not very satisfied with the previous logistics provider. That's because our orders were almost always delayed and customers were not happy. And, when your customer is not happy, your business is not working OK.
so, we decided to try floship. all I can say no is that our statics show an increase in terms of sales, customer satisfaction and, ultimately, in terms of profit. We owe this to floship because they have done a great job for us.

I started out with floship over a year ago now and have been very happy with the results. They are miles ahead of the game when it comes to tech. Most other companies still provide you with PDF documents with very limited and rigid choices for postal or courier services. Floship on the other hand uses tech such as shipping calculators and their shopify ecommerce integration to make the entire process of shipping mapping, courier choice, and fulfillment very simple, flexible, and transparent. They are always improving and it has been a pleasure working with them.

Floship is certainly not the cheapest option when it comes to logistics. But, at least for my business, they are delivering the best order fulfillment service. I am comparing them with several other companies with which I worked and they are definitely doing a great job because the feedback I am constantly receiving from my customers is that they have never received their orders so fast and in such a good condition.

The reasons for which I would recommend this company are related to the professionalism they proved during our 2 years collaboration: their order fulfillment service is very efficient and they take customer support & experience very seriously. They're not the cheapest service provider on the market but they are definitely doing a great job for the paid money.

We have used another order fulfillment agent in the past. their service was okay but the customer support was terrible. We had to change it and one of my friends recommended me floship.com.
During the onboarding process I think I've sent them tens of emails and they took the time to answer each of my questions. Finally, we have found a company that really knows how to treat their customers.
We are also very happy with their efficiency in which regards the fulfillment process.

We are running multiple websites, on different ecommerce platforms. Floship has been the only fulfillment agent that managed to integrate their solutions with our magento and woocommerce websites. Their customer service did all the job and we are very ahppy with their service.

Excellent people to work with and excellent service. They're extremely transparent with their pricing and allows you to properly plan to scale your business without having to be bogged down by the logistics.

We used FloShip to deliver a large quantity of electronics to customers all over the world, it was a great experience so i recommend them to others.

We've used floship for fulfillment to countries we don't usually ship to with our own courier services. Rates are competitive and shipping is relatively fast. The guys at floship are very e-commerce focused and was surprised they were even able to integrate with our systems so that's a plus.

Overall, good service at not bad rates.

We have been using Floship for a few months now, and we could not be happier with our decision to move our fulfilment from Canada to Hong Kong. While our business started in Canada, our orders started coming in from all over the world. First our US orders started to overtake our Canadian orders, and then we started getting orders worldwide. Since our manufacturing was in China - it made the most sense to ship from Hong Kong. Shipping from Canada is expensive.

PROs
- Company has integration to Magento so that order submission and tracking update is automated
- Online portal allows to manage orders and even cancel/approve orders online - no emails
- Majority of orders ship within 24 hours
- Most management and senior staff have native or fluent English

CONs
- On boarding process is not easy and requires lot of communication to get started with shipping
- Many issues like orders that have exceptions are still communicated by email or calls rather than managed online
- No online management for RMA handling; it's all by tickets and spreadsheets
- Billing is not yet totally online

What's interesting for us is that Floship builds their own systems in-house and gets ecommerce so we don't have to explain to them why we want to more things online. Our hope is that they can deliver on the features that they're "working on" so that we don't have to make phone calls or send emails to get things done.

We are an online watch company used their shipping service between November 2015-February 2016.

They need to move customer service in house. Currently their customer service based in Phillipines. They take quite a long time to reply urgent emails.

Other than that quite fast and reliable shipments.

DHL postal service is cheap and fast , other postal services are not good and takes quite long to deliver. I wouldn't recommend to use them like Swiss post , Singapore post etc.
