However, we are here to inform you that you can reach our Customer Service office Monday - Friday from 9 am to 8 pm and Saturday from 9 am to 6 pm by asking for an operator via ChatBot.
Due to the high volume of requests we are receiving, we also want to inform you that your request will be handled in the shortest amount of time possibile.
