I came across this florist on line as I needed to order some flowers for my sister’s funeral.
I didn’t really know what kind of flowers I wanted but after talking to the lady on the phone who was extremely patient and understanding.
I just chose my sister’s favourite colours.
The flowers that were put together were beautiful I was very happy with them.

I was on the phone with my sister, who didn't know I had ordered them, when they arrived. I could hear her delight at the vibrant, bright flowers ...exactly what I'd asked for. She came back to the phone and said how lovely the delivery man was, then opened the card saying it was from me.. What a lovely experience for both of us, at a very sad time in her life. Definitely recommend

Excellent customer interaction on phone. My friend received exactly what I asked for and was delighted with the quality and quantity of her flowers.

The box was thrown over our tall iron gates, which damaged the flowers — many of the heads were broken. I had ordered a strawberry base, but this wasn’t included. To be honest, the bouquet looked nothing like the advertised image and I would never have paid £49 for what I received. I contacted customer service multiple times (2 emails and 2 calls) before finally getting a reply. I requested a full refund, which was eventually processed, but overall a very disappointing experience. I would never use this company again or recommend them.

Tried to order online, to the Isle of Arran, Scotland. The website come up with "Brodick Flower Delivery', and the accompanying website map, shows the village. But they don't offer the service. They're not a florist, they're just farm out the business, but pretend that they are nationwide in the UK. They need their website to be less misleading

Phoned yesterday from Fort William north west Scotland. I ordered flowers for my friend. Beautiful flowers and fast delivery. Much appreciated Liz

Exceptional flowers. The Swiftness of delivery was amazing - from speaking with the office and placing the order, to the flowers being delivered was 45 minutes. I have been told that the delivery lady was lovely.
I live in Kent the flowers were delivered to Fife Scotland. Will certainly be using them again.

Ordered a bouquet "Pretty Strawberry Gift Box" at £39.99 plus delivery for my daughter who has just given birth to a premature baby. Delivery was prompt but what a disappointment I got when I visited her the next day. Whilst their images are for inspiration this one failed to compare. Needless to say the company were not interested.

I would not order or recommend. The bouquet is over priced & quality is disappointing.

Hello I ordered some flowers from Flowerssameday for my sister birthday & my sister said they are beautiful. So I will use them again

Great communication even when making a query and flowers themselves were a delight to my sister on her 70th birthday.

Sent photo of delivery, but it was to the wrong address!

Tried calling several times but office closed despite saying open until 5pm!

No response to email

Basically I needed to get flowers to someone whose Wedding Anniversary it was, did it all on line, no stress, flowers arrived a few hours later,flowers much appreciated, excellent service

Easy to order, beautiful flowers, delivered on time and in perfect condition.

Avoid this company completely. I ordered bright vibrant flowers for a young girl and what was delivered was something I dont even think my great grandmother would have appreciated. They did ofcourse hide behind " These may vary" but these didnt vary they were nothing remotely like what I ordered. Attitude when I called to complain was very poor and reply in email was basically a vague message with a cut and paste of T&C'S. These flowers were expensive and you would expect to get what you ordered. Never again.

If I could attach a photo of the flowers that were delivered for a funeral, I would be able to demonstrate the poor quality of what we paid over £60 for. They were wilted and dying, supposedly sent a few hours before the funeral. This company tell me that flowers will wilt on a hot day. Yet there was no problem with any of the other flowers from other providers at this funeral; they were all fresh and beautiful.
They also state that their florist ‘would not send flowers that were not fresh’. I am not a florist but I don’t believe that flowers could wither within 2 or 3 hours, even if the delivery van was overheated.

We bought in good faith. What was delivered was substandard to say the least and not fit for purpose. It was especially distressing and embarrassing as this was a funeral. It would have been better if we had sent no flowers at all. Other mourners commented and were shocked at how these flowers stood out from all the others.

The company’s response to us was defensive and dismissive.

What a very accommodating and helpful company. Ordered flowers to be delivered. Unfortunately had to delay as recipient taken to hospital. Company delayed ordered then agreed to deliver several days later and to a different location 15 miles away for no extra charge. Thank you

Very effecient, very friendly and professional. The boquet was made and delivered within an hour of ordering. I was kept informed of status of flowers. The recipient was very happy. Would definately use them again

I ordered flowers to be delivered to an elderly friend, as I was unable at the last minute to visit and deliver them myself. I rang and placed an order and within a couple of hours they were delivered. I was able to track the order, and was sent a confirmation photo of my friends husband accepting the flowers on their doorstep. Fantastic service I will defiantly use them again

So easy to order the flowers. I’m in Melbourne Australia & a quick call & the flowers were organised & sent same day. I was sent an image of the flowers on delivery & they were beautiful. Kind , courteous service, beautiful blooms. Ty kind regards Karen
