My mum is in a care home and needed a bit of cheer. I live abroad so I used the same day service to send her flowers. They were delivered just as requested and mum is thrilled to pieces. Thank you

I agree with a previous review that it wasn't the florist that I thought it was.
However, the service , telephone emails were excellent as was delivery however the flowers were shocking. the bouquet consisted of 4 small roses and some shrubbery which was very disappointing, had I gone to florist I would have expected to pay a third of the price.

I would give 5 for service and delivery and 1 for the actual flowers.

There was a lack of communication with the local florist. I was told my floral tribute to my partner, Jack would be delivered the day before the funeral and I would receive a picture of the floral heart. This didn't happened and this added to my stress on a very sad occasion.

First time using this company and they didn't let me down. The flowers arrived within 3 hours of placing the order, I received emails confirming the order, a photograph of the flowers on route and then another when the flowers arrived. The bouquet was stunning and was well received. Would highly recommend using this company to friends and family. Keep up the great work, you really know what customer service is.

I have now used FSD several times. What can I say? This company is second to none. From the ease of ordering (wherever in Great Britain that might be for delivery) to being kept informed every step of the way. I cannot recommend them highly enough, particularly if you need something done fast. Congratulations everyone!

the contact with the seller is professional and humane; but there has been no tracking of the delivery; hence not even sure if the delivery was on the way. Until it arrived late in the evening. Maybe some room for improvement there...

I was very pleased with the beautiful flowers that was done for my sister's funeral service they were done with care and arrived safely I ordered them over the phone and the lady I spoke with about them was very understanding very helpful as well thanking you regards Eileen

I ordered online from the USA and was not sure of the quality of the floral bouquet or service I would receive. I was not disappointed by either. The floral bouquet was beautiful and the communication with the florist was excellent. I would not hesitate ordering from FlowersSameDay.co.uk again. Thank you Katy.

I used this company to send a friend flowers for her birthday. The telephone service was excellent and the bouquet outstandingly beautiful. I shall definitely use them again.

My husband ordered a bouquet of flowers costing £52.99 including delivery, upon receiving the flowers I was disgusted to find out how much they cost considering there was a grand total of 8 stems in the bouquet.
I contacted the company and Katy replied. I was told that she had asked the florist and the flowers were as expected and that if I wasn’t happy they could come and collect them and bring a new bouquet. As she said that the flowers were as they should have been I didn’t see the point in receiving another bouquet of the same quality so had no choice but to accept a £22.50 (half of the price paid) refund!
My husband was so embarrassed that he ordered another bouquet from a local florist which was the same price but 3 times the size and much better quality flowers.
If you want quality for money do not order from here, you’ll be disappointed!

I ordered and purchased online a bouquet if sympathy flowers on Sunday 28th September 2025 from FSD Florists following the sudden news that a close family friend of almost 50 years passed away. We as a family wanted to send flowers to her grieving husband znd family to offer our sincere condolences.

I chose a beautiful bouquet from their Sympathy range on their website to the value of £57 with a delivery charge of £5.99 for next day delivery so we paid £62.99 in total.

I then had to call FSD Florists as I wanted to slightly alter the message on the card. When I spoke to the lady on the phone I stated again that our friend was a close friend of our family and asked to to make sure it was the best bouquet she could send. She stated the bouquet would be 'beautiful' which was reassuring.

Our late friends daughter messaged us the following day to thank us for the flowers and our kind thoughts. She enclosed a picture of the flowers received. I was horrified to see that the flowers did not look anything like the beautiful sympathy bouquet I had ordered. The flowers were wilted and one of the roses was tinged brown at the edges. The flowers looked like they were 2 or 3 days old definitely were not fresh.

I called FSD FLORIST and complained to the manager who asked me to send a picture of the flowers which I did.

She then came back and stated she agreed the rose was tinged brown and offered a refund of £11.40 to the value of the rose. I challenged this and stated she should take another look at the photos of the flowers I had ordered and the flowers that were delivered as it was clearly evident that the flowers that were delivered were not fresh, they were wilted and at least 2 or 3 days old.
Katy insisted they were made up fresh the day before they were delivered. (I ordered them on a Sunday that weekend which incidentally was a bank holiday weekend!).

I felt really upset and disappointed and advised he manager that the flowers sent did not look anything like the beautiful bouquet I had ordered on their website and asked if they would issue a full refund which I thought was reasonable under the circumstances! I was then told they would only provide a full refund if they collected the bouquet first! I really couldn't believe what I was hearing!!

I immediately shot down this suggestion so the manager then suggested they could send another bouquet to the value if £39 to my late friend's family. I was extremely annoyed and frustrated by these suggestions and I reminded her that our family friend had just passed away and that under no circumstances should they contact my friends grieving husband and family!

Finally she offered a 50% refund which I reluctantly accepted as there didn't appear to be anyone above her that I could contact to escalate my complaint to.

This is definitely the worse experience I have had dealing with a florist. They appear to be a large outfit so lessons learned in future. I will always order from a smaller more intimate small business Florist where I can feel more assured of care, better service and attention to detail as a customer.

Flower delivery had to be delayed a week and the florist couldn’t have been more helpful. Great service, friendly people and beautiful flowers. Definitely recommend.

Left the selection of flowers up to the owner and they did a great job. Delivered when expected, and my daughter loved them.
