If an item isn't in your nearest warehouse, don't order it!

Shipments don't get shipped on time due to "default warehouse" issues and my inability to see any of my previous online orders is a royal inconvenience.

I placed an order for some parts that were not in stock in the Texas warehouse, but were in stock in the New Jersey warehouse. I knew this when ordering because since I'm in Fort Worth, I would have to wait a couple extra days for shipping. Little did I know that since my nearest warehouse didn't have the item, the entire order was paused until the Texas warehouse would get it back in stock! Really?

Not happy had to pay shipping costs for oven hoods with a very similar item number to previous ones ordered will not order again from FMP unless i absolutely have to many other places to choose from

It is customary for freight charges to be associated to product shipments. These are third party charges to ensure the most efficient delivery of a customer’s order. If a customer returns and reorders a different product, there would be freight charges on both the order and the return unless the original item was sent in error.
