Ordered a laptop at end March, at a great price, sold by FNAC directly, in stock. It never arrived. They said it was shipped, but the courier said they never received it from Fnac.
Customer service never responded by mail and was virtually unreachable by phone (1h+ waiting times). In the end, they simply canceled the order and refunded me. I don't want a refund - I want my product. Either they sold goods they didn't have in stock (i.e. useless inventory management and tech integration) or they have re-sold the computer to someone else at a higher price (i.e. unethical behaviour) - which is worse?
Never again with Fnac. It was my 1 and only time. Now I need to look for a computer all over again.
We are waiting for the delivery for almost 3 weeks now. No reply through customer service, 96 min waiting line in their call centre.
Result: no delivery, which we have paid for!! This is the worst service ever. We feel scammed.
A webshop like this should not exist. When your order does not arrive, your order is considered arrived after 30 days. When you write the customer department that is not right and unfair, their reply is 'we can not help you'. Buy your goods at a shop that values you as a customer; Fnac is not one of those.
The most untrustworthy website for online shopping.
i have received a different product from what I ordered. I sent an email two weeks ago, no reply. I called the call centre, after an hour waiting I explained the situation to the employees he said hold on and then hang the phone. This is the most unprofessional and against the client behaviour I faced from any compamy I ever bought something.
I order the book in the beginning of december. After a couple of weeks I got the book in really bad shape, it was damaged so I contacted the customer service. Didn't reply to my mail so I had to call them multiple times. Today 26/3 I finally got my money back. This was mij first and last order at fnac.
I, a resident in Belgium, have ordered a Google Pixel 3A phone at Fnac. On the same webpage, after some searching, I also found the protective case (which actually prooved to be the case for the XL upon reviewing my order later on, notwithstanding this was the only case presented on the same page as the Google phone).
One would think, smart move to invest in a case, so you can be sure that your phone does not get damaged from the start.
The phone was delivered the day after, however the case was not. Even six day after the order, the case was still not even sent.
Of course the inevitable happend, the phone fell and got damaged since there was nog case. I was furious and immediatly ordered a case with another provider (bol.com) which was delivered the day after.
I called costumer service and although the nice lady agreed with me that Fnac was responsible, it was company policy not to formally take responsability.
So I will now have to pay another 180 euro for repairs while I had ordered and paid for a protective case. Very sad !!!
Fnac doesn't offer any warranty for Xiaomi Scooters. If something broke during 1 year, you give your scooter for 3 (!!!) months and later, you receive an offer to pay 490 euro for 1 broken detail. Oh and, they will bring it back with some extra scratch marks and will take no responsibility for any of it.
When buying in the store they try to tell you to buy insurance upon saying you can easily cancel after first free month. Cancellation is difficult (but we finally got it done). In any case I would avoid this.
Worst Webshop. Stay away!
Ordered an item on Black Friday with a promised delivery beginning in December. Got an e-mail with the message it was delayed but impossible to get an answer to how long. Nobody answers at customers service. I then ordered something with guaranteed delivery on the 20th just to get an e-mail on the 21st saying my order was cancelled due to "problems", but I was welcome to order on the website againg. Think not! Worst service ever. Don't use this company.
Expensive toy bought 1 month ahead of Christmas with promised delivery date for 2 days later. Item never dispatched. Nearly impossible to contact customer service; the rare times they do answer (after an average of 20 minutes wait) they have a very unhelpful behaviour on display, from careless to aggressive. Planning to follow up legally.
We will never received the toy we have ordered. They say they have delivered it and we have received nothing. Also, it takes long wait before you can speak to someone and once you get them on the phone they deny any responsibility and put the phone down. DISGRACEFUL, CHILDREN ARE WAITING FOR THEIR DREAM CHRISTMAS TOY THAT WILL NEVER ARRIVE! BUNCH OF THIEVES!!!
I ordered three items on the 28th of November, the money was automatically taken off my account, I received an e-mail a few days later saying that my order was already sent to delivery, however, we are on the 12th of December and nothing so far. Tried to contact them through customer service and no one picks up, sent them an e-mail, no answer, did a complaint, still no answer. I don't even know which delivery service they use so I can't even track my order. Does anyone know which delivery company is used by them?
The salesmen lie to your face about warranties. Even when you have things on paper, you'll get nowhere due to their non-existing customer service. Electronics are much more expensive then elsewhere, so I now avoid it at all cost.
Only positive is their rather extensive choice in (expensive) books.
3 days can not send me the goods(
They promise delivery (to one of their stores) in 1-2 days and than claim it's only a "goal" and it will probably be "at least 4 business days, if everything goes well". The big joke is that the article is already at the store, but it has to be send to the main office to be scanned and send back to the very same store. What kind of service is that?
I orded a travel guide which I needed urgent. According the webshop was the book in stock. Delevery in 2-3 days. After a week I had received nothing. I could see online that the book hadn't leave the warehouse. Because it was taking too long I decided to cancel the guide and to get my money back. According the webshop I could do this but I could not find where and how. So I decided to phone the aftersales department. They never picked up. I have sent an e-mail, they never replied... I wonder if the webshop is real or just fake...If you can not run webshop better than this, don't open one.
I ordered a book to offer for Christmas, at the time of the order, it was noted that the book would be available at the end of my city within 48 hours, which suited me, 5 days later I had still no news and Christmas being there I decided to send an e-mail to request the cancellation and refund of my order, no response to my request, so I returned the same e-mail on January 3 , also remained unanswered and January 15 sent me an email telling me that my order was waiting for me at the fnac! I have rarely known a shop so incompetent and so unresponsive to its customers! The fnac for me it's over! never again are they as null for the private individuals as for the professionals, deplorable.
