Got a great deal, item was good quality and as described. Can't beat a large rgb gaming mouse pad with wireless qi charging built in for 15$. Even at 30$ it would've been a steal. Fast shipping too, surprised me when I saw that it was delivered.

I ordered the Vivitar 936HD for my 8 year old nephew. The buttons on the side disintegrated when they were touched. Gummy and sticky. I reached out to the company another one was sent very quickly. They replacement camera did the exact thing.

Focus Camera has a very odd shipping policy. The item was shipped, apparently the address was not correct on the shipment form they provided (i am a returning customer) and it was stuck at Fedex. I called Focus Camera to get them to release it to me. They do not have that ability. Fedex is not able to release to me because of some permissions on Focus Camera's side. I call Fedex back to correct the address and the Focus Camera had already requested a return to them. They could not fix the address for me, they could not release it to me but they could request a return in less than 30 seconds of me getting off the phone with them. SHADY at best. Net net, no gift for the holidays, no manager to speak to and no satisfaction. Last time I ever do business here. Obviously they don't need customers, they clearly have plenty.

Your image on the website showed a Manfrotto tripod, which is one of the reasons I chose buying through your company, however, I received a Slik tripod instead. Just a little misleading

Focus Camera is a shady business. Do not trust.

I purchased the Miele Complete C3 Cat and Dog Vacuum from Focus Camera. The box was completely beat up and taped back up. The contents inside were disheveled and missing key accessories, including the Electro Plus Floorhead SEB 228. The vacuum is listed as white, but I received a red unit. It turns out it is the Canadian version, which sells for half the price of the US version, and does not come with the same accessories. It still should've came with the SEB 228.

Packaged perfectly and the shipment was quick.
