Table damaged in transit but excellent customer service from folding tables and problem was resolved immediately. Great table, thank you.

I ordered a table and 6 chairs and had a delivery contact from the courier but when that arrived it was only chairs. Thinking a carton was missing I e.mailed the company. Got an almost immediate response from an actual human explaining there was a second delivery under a different tracking and that did indeed arrive next day. Sturdy quality too. Pleased.

Absolutely awful. You despatched in three parcels. Only two have been delivered and those on different days. The phone and e-mail contact details shbown on your website failed to connect. I have written a detailed letter to you - the good old fashioned type sent by post. I need to ask 'Where are my last two tables'. My thoughts about your company are far from satisfactory. The tables and benches turned up and every box was damaged. 1 table had a hold through it, 1 table has a big dent in it and a returns note. and 2 benches are scratched and dented.

I have contacted them they were NOT helpful. They just want to give me a partial refund for a t able with a big hole in it.

Table as described. It is lightweight but sturdy and should be just what I need. The order and delivery process were also good.

The folding table was so fragile, not stable and very easly collapse with a small amount of weight. I returned it with my own expense.

My order came in 2 parts, the first was delivered promptly. For the other part of the order, an incorrect product was delivered, and I have tried to reach out to customer service over phone and email and have had no response. Happy to update score if rectified

This table is great when having a group of friends for outdoor picnic. Stable, no real need for table cloth, good size for 6-8 people.
Delivery was on time and delivery guy polite.

the folding table and chairs are a good sturdy make, so good quality. However the website omitted to mention their weight, so I have discovered they are quite heavy, and not really suitable for using for a picnic because of the weight to carry a table and four folding chairs any distance without the aid of wheels.
