Only great service if automatic online.
Poor service if you you're handled manually where my experience is:
+ Fast response time and friendly reps.
- 5 bank days to payout if manual.
- All information is 100% mandatory and the Folksam rep has no decision power to change it.
- Lost mobile phones might be replaced with one of the same age and brand, instead of paid out. No possibility of changing the phone to a newer model or choosing a cash payout instead. Good for Folksam, bad for you.

When we choose an insurance provider we want to relax in case there is something unexpected that happens. When discussing an issue their team, they asks us to upgrade our commitment giving us false terms about "receive help within the day" But when i ask for the help they say you only upgraded today? Which makes no sense. Why tell me to upgrade then?

I agree that you want to be able to relax and feel that you have chosen a good insurance company that will help you if the accident has occurred. Then you can not always get the help you want as we have our conditions to follow. You may have chosen an insurance that does not cover for the exact damage that has occurred, then you can not upgrade the insurance afterwards and get some compensation. You must be able to certify that the incident occurred during the time you had the right protection in the insurance in order to receive compensation.
