I recently got a new contract and phone through fonehouse, I had to contact them regarding a couple of issues I had. I spoke with Kayla and Igo and had all issues resolved, I found the customer service excellent in my experience and would recommend fonehouse if you are interested in a new phone

Quick service. Value for money.
We decided a while ago that we wanted 5he particular handsets we chose, however, if that weren't the case, 5heir website is easy to use and intuitive yo navigate.
The actual tariff costs were clearer than some sites who separate handset and sim costs. This company is pretty transparent in complete cost.
Last but not least, our handsets arrived very quickly, despite our orders being placed in the evening. I would definitely use this company again. Beyond impressed.
