Fonvirtual is a virtual company ?
What have learned now that I have changed operator: the phone system is complex to set-up and handle e.g. to listen to your voicemail messages with a Mac, expensive given the service level and particularly for calls abroad. The company is really complex to get in touch with since the name of the provider is different from the company billing you, and different from the service(s) names..and will continue billing for 3 months after you unsubscribe.

Dear Sir, we were not allowed to terminate the contract immediately because for a service with a monthly automatic renewal such as the one you had with us, our terms and conditions specify that a notice period is required. We were constantly in touch with you to make your experience as pleasant as possible, and all contact channels were open for you to report any problem that may have arisen. We regret that despite all this, you ended up dissatisfied due to this situation. Thank you.
