Poor service, will not use again.

Ordered trainers, order accepted , held in limbo and eventually money refunded, dragged on for 12 days. Zero communication, very poor experience, account closed, will not use this company again.

2 ruined order back to back

First order online for child shoes, they never shipped my order. I called 3 weeks later and told them the tracking number shows it was never even picked up by the carrier. The most they did was offer a refund because they said the shoe size was no longer available.. I don’t think they would have ever refunded me if I didn’t call, they would have just kept my money and hoped I forgot about them.
I gave them a second chance and tried againn.. this time they sent me shoes in an unmarked box (they were name brand) that were very clearly already used.
So DONE with FOOT LOCKER.

The footlocker store selling odd sized and faded shoes …

The footlocker store situated in The Base, Hamilton, New Zealand sold us a pair of black samba adidas trainers. We asked for a size 9 1/2 uk size. The staff member only asked which shoe we wanted to try, left or right. We tried the right which was ok so bought them.
When we got back and got the other shoe out it was a 7 1/2 both shoes were also made in different countries? Strange!
We had to take them back, the lady in the store was very rude asking if we’d bought them in their store, of course we had and had our receipt. When we bought them they did not do the usual size check most stores do. We had to then try another pair and another problem, one was faded as it was a display shoe, but all the shoes they had were display shoes. Finally we got a pair that were nearly the same but not exactly. No discount was offered. Very poor service. The male staff member was also rude saying “you stole our country” because we were English.

Seem to be in the majority here

Seem to be in the majority here. Order trainers, email confirmation, followed by trainers delayed email. Trainer cancellation. Honestly, businesses that don’t fulfill orders is a real big bear of mine, get your website and stock up to date so these issues don’t occur. Consistency of failure seems to be the norm.

Just Don't do it! Everything about online is below subpar

I have been dealing with them regarding the wrong size shoe being sent since Nov 2nd on an exchange. Today is Jan 14 and as of now, Footlocker still has the pair I wanted exchanged (i have receipts on lable, tracking number and dates/times Footlocker received original pair.) Customer service is something else! Honestly, none of the representatives can do anything without the approval of a supervisor in which you will be on hold for longer than average time. As of today, foot locker still has $168.13 of my money, as well as my shoes. And All I have is a charge, is stress from this.

Fast to refund

After reading most reviews here, I was anxious about purchasing from them.
However, I did purchase trainers on the website.
When received, which was quick, the trainers did not even have a tag attached to them. Which I feel is unacceptable.
This shows they may not be unworn.
I queried with their customer service and they confirmed it is normal to send trainers without a tag.
I decided to return the trainers to my local store.
A full refund was in my account within 24 hours. So, on that I would rate them highly.

I should read feedbacks first to find out many people have same experience as I have.So I ordered shoes for our son.3 days nothing after 3 days I receive email they will be prepare parcel soon and finally after 7 days we receive shoes.I can maybe understand take ages if postage will be free but no I paid for shoes 79.99£ and postage cost 4£ so I don’t know how big order you have to make to be sprinkled free postage. So in the end if you rush to have new pair of shoes better use companies as Nike adidas or even asos instead this “company “ which I can’t even call company. So I used first time experience was totally bad and I WILL NEVER USED THIS COMPANY TO BUY SHOES

ZERO STAR

ZERO STAR – Utterly shameful. Selling rubbish and hiding behind a broken “support” system.

Foot Locker: where you pay premium prices for bargain-bin quality and then get shoved into an endless loop of excuses when it predictably goes wrong.

I spent £179 on a pair of trainers for my son. First problem? The box contained two right-foot shoes in different sizes. That isn’t a “minor inconvenience” — it’s basic competence. I had to go back to the store the next day and pay for parking just to fix their mistake.

Then the trainers started falling apart within days. The upper began peeling and the sole started separating after normal school wear. Not a month. Not “heavy use.” Days. For nearly £180, that’s not just disappointing — it’s embarrassing that this is what they’re happy to sell.

And that’s where the real farce begins: the “customer service.”

The Cardiff store refused a refund and acted like I was trying it on, despite the fault happening well within 30 days. Then they told me to go through customer service. Customer service then told me to go back to the store. Back and forth, back and forth — like a bad comedy sketch, except I’m the one paying for it with time, money, and stress.

Their support model seems to be:

Stall

Repeat the same questions

Pass you to another agent

Tell you to visit the store that already refused

Offer anything except what you’re legally entitled to

Hope you give up

I sent photos. I chased updates. I asked for confirmation in writing. The response? Vague, scripted nonsense like “secondary inspection” with no timeline, no ownership, and no resolution — just delay dressed up as professionalism.

Let’s be clear:

Selling mismatched shoes is a shambles.

Shoes disintegrating within days is a quality failure.

Refusing to refund within the short-term right to reject period is unacceptable.

A “support chain” that does nothing except bounce you around is not customer service — it’s customer attrition.

This has been a masterclass in how to lose a customer forever. I will never shop here again, and I strongly recommend anyone reading this does the same unless you enjoy paying premium prices for cheap goods and then begging for basic rights.

Foot Locker didn’t just mishandle this — they made it difficult on purpose.

Avoid.

Foot locker took $300 off my card and then canceled my order and then tells me 5-7 buisness days before the funds can be returned. This is not the first incident i bought shoes from them before and they sent the pair that was on display and the box was torn .
