We deliver on Sunday's to all locations in Thailand.
However, tomorrow (Sunday 31 May 2026) is an important Buddhist holiday here in Thailand called Visakha Bucha Day. In a few remote locations (including the village for your order) it is not possible to deliver this Sunday because of this important day in the Buddhist calendar.
Regarding the substitution with your order; you placed an order for 4 white roses with purple fillers simply tied (no wrap). Unfortunately there are no purple filler flowers available in your recipient's village today.
As you agreed when you placed your order we provided you with a free upgrade to replace the purple filler flowers with purple/pink carnations. If you didn't agree you could have chosen not to go ahead with the order.
This upgrade was provided along with the 4 white roses which is the main composition in your original bouquet. We also added a free wrap which you didn't order to further enhance your selected arrangement. This is also complimentary.
We hoped the complimentary upgrades compensate for the unavailability of delivery to your recipient's village on Visakha Bucha Day.

I was very satisfied with my order and the delivery service. Everything went smoothly, and I did not encounter any issues throughout the process. The bouquet I received was exactly the same as the one shown on the website, which I truly appreciated. The delivery was made at the exact time I had requested, and the price of the bouquet was reasonable and satisfactory.
From placing the order to the delivery at the hotel, everything was perfect. I am genuinely happy that I chose to order from you.
The only small downside was regarding the message card—I had wanted the message to be written on a greeting card, but I wasn’t sure about the size of the card. Aside from this minor detail, I have no complaints at all.

I ordered about 2 or 3 days before Valentine’s Day. They had a good selection of flowers/gifts to choose from and at a reasonable prices compared to other online options.
The flowers were delivered around midday on the 14th as I had requested. They looked beautiful and matched what I had ordered exactly.
Every attempt to contact them resulted in a quick, professional and polite response.
I am very happy with the product and company. I expect to use Forever Florist Thailand again next year.
