Quality product and delivered as promised.
I ordered about 2 or 3 days before Valentine’s Day. They had a good selection of flowers/gifts to choose from and at a reasonable prices compared to other online options.
The flowers were delivered around midday on the 14th as I had requested. They looked beautiful and matched what I had ordered exactly.
Every attempt to contact them resulted in a quick, professional and polite response.
I am very happy with the product and company. I expect to use Forever Florist Thailand again next year.

Super fast , and most happy customer
It took about 8 hrs from when i buy the flowers ,to they were delivered. That was impressive. Valentines soon here and that superfast delivery was not expected.
This is the second time in 2 mnd i use this company and i would recomend people to use it too. Not a single problem ,and the customer service gave fast delivery info to me . Top mark.

As you are aware we contacted you on the day of delivery as your recipient could not be located at the delivery address you provided. We tried calling the "recipient telephone number" which you entered into our order form, but this turned out to be your number (the sender telephone number).
It is very unfortunate that you have been unable to provide us with any valid contact details for your recipient despite our multiple requests. This is the reason why your order is still on hold and not been delivered.
Your order failed on the delivery date due to recipient not being locatable at the address and invalid recipient contact telephone number. Your order has been returned to our shop awaiting the correct delivery information. As you are aware we have been asking you for this via email daily, but so far you have been unable to provide it.
Please reply to our customer service with any of the following recipient contact information and we will be happy to provide a complimentary redelivery.
Recipient telephone number, WhatsApp number, LINE ID, email address, Messenger ID, Facebook / Instagram ID. Please provide any of these recipient contact details and we will immediately reach out to your recipient and arrange a complimentary redelivery.

From top to bottom was great. For an unknown reason I couldn't pay through the website page and I wrote an email to them.
