I used forever florist Thailand to send some Roses to my girlfriend who was feeling ill. There was a problem with the address I gave, then the phone number I gave. They tried to deliver several times until I was able to give them an alternate contact number late in the day. Customer services kept me informed as to what was happening & what they needed to get the delivery completed.
They delivered the following day first thing. The flowers were beautiful & very much appreciated.

I have been choosing Forever Florist for about 2 years now to deliver to dear friend in Chiangrai. The attention to details including following up with me should they be any delays is commendable. It’s a great after service too.

Sending a Birthday Bouquet from the UK to Bangkok
I had the great pleasure of using Forever Florist for a second time to arrange the delivery of a birthday bouquet of flowers from the UK to Bangkok. As before it was so quick and easy. The flowers were beautiful and the delivery was on time. Both myself as the sender and the recipient were delighted with it. My First time ....
This was the first time I had used this florist and albeit
I did not have all the delivery details at my disposal they were articulate and persistent enough to ensure that the delivery could be completed within the correct time scale by virtue of responding to all my messages in a timely fashion and ultimately my order was made and the recipient was satisfied .
I will definitely use them again...

Ordered a bouquet of flowers, champagne, chocolates.
Ordered a bouquet of flowers, bottle of sparkling wine and chocolates to be delivered to the hotel where we were spending our anniversary weekend.
All were delivered before we arrived at the hotel and was just as described.
Very happy with the service and will be using this company again in the future.

This is my second time using this florist. They are awesome and keep you updated on the progress and delivery of the flowers that you ordered. A 5 star flexible service
A 5 star service that comes with great customer support. We ordered some flowers for our daughters birthday but at the last minute her boyfriend took her on a hotel trip for her birthday. The Forever florist team however were able to change the destination at the last minute and send the flowers to their hotel. my Daughter was very happy. The service is not that cheap (when booked from the UK) but they provide very nice flowers and the flexibility and desire to support their customers makes it good value
