These bins have been stood outside the entrance to our place of worship, for almost two months now. They are disgusting and overflowing and have god knows what breeding inside.
I’ve rang the company, they said they’ll pick up but nothing. To top it all off the bins are not even ours!

A disgusting disregard for local residents. They leave more rubbish behind than they take, including glass which somebody has to clean up, otherwise it causes glass to vehicles which have to drive over these areas. They continue to collect glass before 7am, despite constant complaints and requests not to do so. I would strongly discourage anyone from using this company.

Used Forge for domestic ship hire. Highly recommended. Fair price, delivery and collection bang on time, facilitated by a helpful and friendly driver.

Superb service for skip booking and delivery from start to finish. Efficient booking system, skip arrived on time with the most amazing and friendly driver. We were staggered that he could get on our drive let alone put the skip exactly where we wanted it. Cannot recommend highly enough. Will definitely use again.

Service was good but has recently gone down hill. They have stopped collecting our glass bin despite us paying in advance for this service and won’t issue a credit note for the missed collections. Customer service has been disappointing. Josh is great but others in customer service are unhelpful. As a Leeds BID business I thought I could expect a decent service.

I haven't used them for a long time but I finally got around to this review. My small business always got good service from Forge. I had signed up to a new lease at my shop and so I signed a further contract with Forge for 12 months only to have my landlord then pull a fast one at the last moment causing me to have to leave the premises. I assumed Forge would still charge me as I was under contract but they said they were cancelling the contract and wished me all the best. I've always remembered it as not many firms are this understanding and I really appreciated their kindness. I would recommend them.

Biggest mistake going to this company, Cheaper is definitely NOT better.
Misleading pricing, stated one price then tried to charge another
No pick up as went to wrong address sent picture of a different pub
Drivers leave bin wherever is convenient for them not where they got it from, just roll it down the carpark!
Their 'excess weight' charge wipes any savings I was supposedly making.
Totally disappointed with this company

I use this company to remove the waste from my business. There have been many issues.
Two stands outs….
They were charging me for excess waste during Lockdown when my business was closed and there was not even any waste to collect. This indicates that it is a common practice for them to do this throughout the year to many businesses. It’s really hard to prove the weights taken from the bin and they themselves were unable to provide me with the weight from each take. Basically they’re steeling money.
Recently they swapped my bin for one with graffiti and a lot of food waste in the bottom. When I requested for a new bin or my old bin back they informed me I would be charged £180.

Giddy Up Cowboys!

In breach of an explicit contract via Cheapawaste with Forge this company has failed on 3 consecutive weeks to pick up our recycling waste. It is impossible to speak with them directly because of the intermediate third party.
The pick up crew after the first few weeks decided that there were ' health and safety issues ' but failed at any time to communicate what these were and that the pick up point was actually suggested by Forge initially. They simply left 3 weeks rubbish to collect.
I shall be reporting this company to Trading Standards.
My advice is AVOID.

I have had bad experiences with other skip companies in the past but I was more than pleasantly surprised with Forge Recycling ♻️. They delivered the skip early on my selected delivery date so I could get to work straight away and took it away on my selected collection date. I would definitely recommend Forge Recycling ♻️ to others 🙂
