I am extremely disappointed with Forward2me. First time user of their service. Their marketing gives a highly misleading directive that you will save money by using their repacking service. In reality, it ended up costing me exponentially more due to predatory pricing and complete warehouse negligence.
I shipped two reproduction game console boxes to their warehouse. They took these relatively compact items and consolidated/repacked them into an absolute monster of a box. By doing this, they pushed my package into the "Oversize Limit" category, which triggered massive carrier penalties.
The original manufacturer shipment sizes and weights were completely normal and manageable. Instead of saving space, Forward2me actually increased the dimensional footprint during their "repack." This caused my shipping estimate to skyrocket from a reasonable quote to an astronomical fee of over $600usd! To put that into perspective, I paid only around $50 per item ($100 total), and they wanted over half a grand to ship it.
Even after I obtained the exact original shipping sizes and weights from DHL customer service and sent it to them, provided the math, and I explicitly showed customer service their mistake, they flat-out refused to correct the situation. Instead of having the warehouse fix the box and re-measure it, they dug their heels in. As a "solution," they only offered a measly 20% off promo code. Even with that discount, the shipping bill is still an absolute joke.
Do not trust their repacking service. They will box your items carelessly, inflate the volumetric weight, trigger massive oversize surcharges, and then refuse to fix their own warehouse errors. Absolute scam behavior.

The cheapest shipping option was nearly £40 on a £22 package, and that's without the ridiculous upcharges they tried to get me to go for. I will never use this service again, it's a joke.

My item was delivered to their USA warehouse 7 days ago, but they never readied it or notified me. I needed the items for my long European trip that commences in 7 days, and clearly I will never get it now in time. What a monumental waste of money and time.
Edit: Nothing in their reply applies. I'm still waiting for them to reach out to me directly. My addresses are already in the system, as for the invoice, that was uploaded too, but they set the "value" larger than what I actually paid, so I then also manually entered the correct value.

I thinked that I could send my package with the lite option but I dont know why the system forced me to send it via private company, that was not on my budget but I have to make that effort because I didnt want to lose my product

My order was first suspended due to medical equipment export regulations, but with the assistance from Joyce I have managed to proceed. The process took roughly a week (double check sharing settings when attaching documents from google drive).
Limited shipping options to Israel, but whatever. Thanks that still they are available.
