Joyce from the Germany warehouse kept me in the loop every time a change or delay happened. Being in Australia makes it very painful to contact and interact with European sellers. She kept everything progressing and would send multiple updates a day.

They can't find my package it has been two months,

I ordered an item and requested it to be shipped to me ASAP even with geopolitical tension in the area I live in. Joyce and Wens really surprised me with their support and care . They ensured that my item is dispatched to my destination and then confirmed that item is on its way . They took care of my issue and understood that I was really struggling to get this item. After this experience I am using Forward 2 me always.

Forward2Me is the worst shipping service provider I have ever dealt with! They simply refuse to ship anything. I used MyGermany in the past for many years and VERY successful. I have never had any issues. Unfortunately, Forward2Me does not ship sweets, or other items as MyGermany had no problems with. They only offer to dispose of my goods! Probably they want to keep and enjoy them. It's terrible and very frustrating! Therefore I can only warn EVERYBODY! Do NOT USE Forward2Me!

As pointed out. F2Me has unlawfully and incorrectly charged me GST, on my package. The GST was not declared in the shipping declaration document provided to customs. F2ME is not registered or authorised to collect GST on behalf of the ATO. Kaye refused to provide a suitable explanation, nor a refund.
Update after company reply:
The explanation provided does not align with ATO rules or the customs documentation for my shipment. Forward2Me does not appear on the ATO’s register of GST‑registered overseas suppliers, the import declaration shows no GST was paid, and the invoice issued does not meet the requirements of an Australian tax invoice. I remain happy to resolve this privately, but the public explanation is inconsistent with the official documentation.

Excellent experience! I ordered a pair of shoes for my wife that were sold out here in the US. I ordered them from a shoe store in Germany, had them shipped to Forward2Me and they shipped them to me in the US. I placed the order less than 2 weeks ago and my package arrived today! I paid for the repack addon and it was totally worth it!
I will definitely be using them anytime I need to get something shipped here from Europe since most stores won't ship here.
Highly recommend!!
