Terrible service and lack of communication.Once she got a sizeable deposit put down. I had to phone in myself for updates.she sales rep kept changing the criteria for my finance application to where it would drag on for over a month. Now won’t return my deposit so will be going to small claims. The complaints email doesn’t work either so can’t even complain, a complete joke. Avoid.

The staff were excellent, helpful and courteous, unfortunately the work that needed doing to the car was very poor, alloy wheel refurbishment, stone chips, paint work, all done poorly. The scratches were simply covered up with polish and not buffed out properly.

Fantastic experience with Carla Harding at FOW Winsford. Carla was excellent, smart, intuitive, and a pleasure to deal with. So much so that my son will be buying a car from Carla in the next few months.

If I could give Carla 5*'s I would, but sadly the detailing department let her down. We took a final look at lovely car I'd settled on, opened the bonnet only to discover that there were literally handfuls of wet and dead leaves covering the vents. All things considered, it was rather strange as the battery report I'd requested had been reported as 100% so I'm not sure how they failed to detail under the bonnet, mmm.
All said, I'd definitely use them again.

Staff were so helpful, but only when you approached them, there was no one pestering you your free to look around at your leisure

Won't take any other finance aside from their own, because they take their kickbacks and commission. 6% higher APR than any major lender. Once you pull out, they ignored all requests for refunding an according to them "fully refundable deposit"

The first member of staff that I spoke to was Debbie Carroll, really enthusiastic and friendly. Debbie talked through the early stages of purchasing a car from you and made it easy.
Onwards to the preparation and collection. Liam then took me through those stages and was very helpful.

Although I have purchased a car yet, which was my own fault, it has been a pleasure liaising with Emily on a daily basis, I’m still in the market for a new car and hope FOW Trafford have what I’m looking for because I’ll be straight on to Emily

I returned once again to FOW for a new to me car as I have had numerous purchases from here that have been issue free during my ownership. Sadly, this time my chosen car developed a fault on my pick up day souring the experience. That said the team tried to resolve the issue for me over the following week but i began to think the vehicle was not for me. The staff at fow helped me secure an alternative car of which I am truly happy with. They turned it round in super quick time and sent me on my way.
Although you never expect or want issues when you buy a new car sometimes it does happen. Thankfully the team at fow was very proffessional, they did all they could to make things right and esse the stress.

I’ve bought from FOW before, and came back for the choice, price and prompt courteous service I’ve had before. I wasn’t disappointed !! They pushed along the process to make sure I was without a vehicle for the least amount of time I had a ton of choices in both my wish list and budget. This is the only sensible choice if range of options, friendly service and a no haggle approach to car buying is your thing .

Couldn't be any happier with my new car. Whole process was quick and streamlined from start to finish. Daiva who dealt with everything for me was amazing. Always there to answer questions and make everything easier. Would definitely recommend.

The staff were friendly anf helpful. Part of the buying process ws handled by a sales apprentice who was very good. Calm and unfluttered even though he was tested on a number of areas of the vehicle we eventually bought.His progress was reviewed in our presence by a senior lady. Post purchase we had the car checked over by our local independant garage, {ONLY 30 DAY WARRANTY} He confirmed that indeed the front shock absorbers had been changed as stated. Their was no proof of this in the vehicle pack. He said it was a good car.

Says 24 hour turn around to buy a car you can’t buy a car for 7 days even if you have the money

Car had a fault when drove away. Hopefully being sorted. Also, being of the older generation, i did not like all the online stuff- not sure what i have agreed to

Avoid. Presentation standards very low and terrible after sales service. The car arrived in a disgusting condition - not cleaned properly at all and I had to arrange to have it valeted. When I complained and sent photos I was told that it was their ‘normal standard’… if that is the standard for cleaning, what other low standards apply throughout the rest of the pre-sale preparation process? I was offered a laughable £25 towards the cost of re-cleaning the car. They came up with a variety of excuses and brush offs. Overall an unpleasant experience. I would not use FOW again and would not recommend the company to others.

Our recent experience with FOW has been excellent, in particular as a result of the high level of customer service provided by the sales person, Geoff Rollins.
He was friendly, professional and knowledgeable without being pushy in any way. This resulted in us buying a car that we are very happy with, and having a smooth part ex process.

Very professional I bought Car from them. Car was very good condition as they described definitely recommend staff very helpful.
