This seems a little harsh as the only problem I had was with one of the removal men who had a serious attitude problem. He created a problem through pure laziness trying to cut corners! I’m not willing to go into details but thanks to Matt who has been superb all the way through and is trying to resolve the issue. Without this removal man I would definitely recommend this company and a big shoutout to Matt and Jacqui thank you for being so patient and helpful. This was a huge move both physically and emotionally and your understanding was amazing

House move
What was good: friendly and hardworking staff. Good communication with staff.
What could be improved: the team arrived late on day 1 due to a vehicle issue at the depot, this put them behind time for our move, which impacted on our plans; only a 2-man team (instead of 3), combined with late arrival meant the packup took too long and went on till 2000/2100 each night. The company booked the workers into a hotel 50+ miles away and off route meaning they did not deliver until 1100, and with only two workers we had to help offload which didn’t finish until 1930. The company would not send any additional workers to speed up the process resulting in delays to us. They did not place any protective sheeting into either property during the move.
Overall ok, the delays are frustrating and I don’t think were the fault of the 2-man moving team, I believe it to be a management issue.

The hotel arrangements were made to comply with drivers' hours regulations, although we appreciate the impact this had on the delivery schedule.
Your comments regarding crew numbers and floor protection have been noted and will be reviewed internally. We are always looking to improve our planning and operational processes.

We moved on the hottest day of the year. The men arrived at 8.30am and left at 8pm. They worked so hard and were so professional. This is the second time we've used this company and will definitely be using them again if we move in the future.

The moving team was very helpful and enthusiastic. As my move was not over a great distance, I requested that they avoid detailed packing. They appeared careful when handling fragile items. All belongings arrived safely and undamaged. Overall, I had a very positive experience.

Steve and the crew, the guys who moved my stuff into my new house, were great - friendly, positive, hardworking and 'willing'. Nothing was too much. They made a stressful day as easy as it could be.

This is hands down the best money spent
This is hands down the best money spent during our house move. The whole process made the house move stress free, starting with Keith completing the house survey, arrangements of completion date and the move itself. On the day, Shaun and his team arrived and loaded our house in two and a half hours. The van was unloaded into the respective bedrooms in the new property in around 1 and a half hours. I would highly recommend Fox removals to anyone.
