A great removal company!
I was very impressed with the company from start to finish. They carried out a comprehensive survey prior to giving me a competitive quote. Keith and Matt were great when we had to postpone our move with only a few days to go due to issues further down the chain. On the day of the move, the team were great. They worked quickly and carefully, making sure to take good care of the more fragile items, including my piano. They also offloaded my possessions into my new home carefully with a minimum of fuss. I can’t recommend Foxes enough! I will definitely use them again should the need arise.

Cheryl, thank you for taking the time to leave such a fantastic review. We are delighted to hear you were impressed with the service from start to finish and that the survey process, communication and support throughout your move all met your expectations.
Keith and Matt will be especially pleased to receive your kind comments, and we are glad we could help accommodate the unexpected postponement and ease some of the stress caused by delays elsewhere in the chain.
It is also wonderful to hear the moving team handled your belongings, especially your piano and fragile items, with such care and professionalism. Your recommendation means a great deal to us and we would be delighted to help again should you ever need us in the future.

The staff were excellent
The staff were excellent. Extremely courteous, efficient and informative. They helped us out with one or two things where they could, and explained clearly anything that they would not be able to do for us. Though there were just the two of them, they worked persistently and got the job done in very good time.

Terrible Company - Avoid
We moved abroad and had all our goods packed and stored for a year. On delivery we found a number of items missing, damaged and broken. We paid for special packing for fragile items which was not provided and some of our special items were damaged as a result of the poor packing. Expensive electronic items were not even wrapped, just put in boxes with no protection. The insurance product Fox promoted required that we report all the damage within 7 days of delivery despite the fact that it is clearly impossible to unpack over 100 boxes in a week! Fox refused to offer reasonable compensation, only a paltry ‘goodwill’ offer that barely covered the special packing they had not delivered. Very poor experience!
