Too early to comment on the reliability of the product but impressed with the service of the company involved - particularly actually receiving a personal phone call advising that the goods had been despatched, rather than an impersonal email.

Fantastic furniture couple of minor issues which frances hunt sorted out ASAP as soon as I contacted them. Will be using them again very soon

I ordered some bedroom furniture most of which was great. However, the Queen wardrobe with sliding doors was a disaster. After few weeks, one door, then another came smashing down onto the laminate floor as I slid them gently open. The laminate flooring was damaged - it was the day after my young nephew had been standing in that very spot. We realised then that the doors had warped and were consequently no longer held in place by the runners. I reported my concerns to Frances Hunt, who were initially sympathetic, but are now giving me the run around. Do not purchase if you have young children - it is annoying to have wasted money on a wardrobe I cannot use, but at least only a floor was damaged and not a young child hospitalised or worse.

Excellent table and chairs looks really trendy and good value. I had to phone a few times about delivery, the staff were excellent very efficient and friendly at the same time. I would have given five stars but had to wait a while before delivered but this is understandable if the firm was trying to make up a load. Once a date was arranged arrived on time and delivery man was really good.

Dinning set delivered in excellent condition. It's so beautiful that every guest that has been to our house compliments them, one of them got one from your website as well. Although, I am thankful I got it on half price, it was well worth the full price.

Took 2 separate delivery slots for just one pedestal table which didn't start my experience off on the right foot. Assembly instructions should have been minimal (if even needed) to put the legs onto the pedestal but was so poor ended up having to return the item - when did you ever have to break a plastic dowl to reveal a metal screw?
Return of item very slow but only matched with non-existent customer care, who needed chasing persistently as not proactive. Have been told table perfect and as not been assembled - what a surprise as that is why it was returned - and now a 25% reduction to my refund as result.

Very pleased with my bed and the service I got from Frances Hunt. No problems at all and delivery quicker than expected. Thank you.
