Looks the part, but sadly impossible to keep clean, despite trying multiple solutions from the manufacturer and various consumer web sites. Chipped, despite not prone to this. Sticking with this new sink a little longer but suspect we will be replacing it for a more traditional ceramic one.

We are in Malahide in Ireland. Purchased boiling water tap. But it has a manufacture fault. Have a replacement piece but have tried for over 8 weeks to get a service person in Ireland to install. They never call back and won't come out. Very frustrated.

The customer service pre engineer arrival was poor. First appointment the engineer had an issue with the van but we weren’t told there would be a significant delay for arrival on the day. Second appointment was cancelled on day - again due to a van issue. We were notified by email and then a follow up was arranged two weeks later which felt too long given it was a franke issue.
Couldn’t fault the engineer once on site.

The engineer arrived on time, very understanding & tidy regarding our problem where our hot water tap would only deliver 44 degrees of warm water not the 50= degrees as should be.The boiling water was delivering perfect.
The problem was rectified & now working as it should be 100%👍

Mike you engineer was fanstatic very polite, very helpful and very informative it was a please to meet him.
It was a call-out for our Mythos 6 in 1 tap.
He explained how everything work and went through everything and sorted out the issue.

The whole experience from first contact to service visit was seamless. Martin contacted us 30 minutes before arrival and was courteous, knowledgeable and completed the service and repair in a timely manner. We will definitely be rebooking our service in twelve months time

I didn't find the customer service by email and call very good tbh. They didn't check my details correctly and wanted to charge me an extortionate call out when I'm on a maintenance contract. This wasnt just once, it was twice! However Stuart is excellent. He's friendly, really knowledgeable and does his job calmly and explains things in a clear and fair manner. I'm always pleased when I know its him attending. He's also really kind to my dog!

Stuart installed our tap & tank system mid summer and came back today after a filter change to discuss how to adjust the tap/filter to the correct water hardness setting which he did clearly and concisely
