Great service from our technician Cody. He came out to replace an entire 3in 1 system that we thought was unfixable but quickly diagnosed the problem and repaired the existing system for a fraction of the cost. Great communications and response from Franke themselves throughout the whole experience.

I contacted Franke regarding a neighbours faulty Waste Disposal Unit, Natalie processed the paperwork in an efficient manner and duly supplied new Unit, it arrived within two days and is up and running like a top ! And whilst on the subject of Franke i posed a query regarding my rather old Franke Waste Disposal unit as a related component is no longer serviced, but due to Natalie’s due diligence having exchanged many E Mails managed to identify the correct model and within a few days courteously and efficiently replaced our faulty unit , I cannot praise Franke as a company and Natalie as an employee enough, their efficiency was amazing .

Never buy franke again. Had issues with a franke tap and contacted support who are useless. Won't give replacement even though tap is 4 years old with no receipt. Firstly my builder brought everything for the kitchen from b and q at trade price and second who keeps receipt that 4 years old. Looking at the tap you can see it's not old but they not didn't even reply to my emails. Much better taps out there guys at there prices . Stay away.

I contacted GRLDirect for support with an issue with a tap, both my husband and plumber had come to the same conclusion but through Todd’s excellent persistence we discovered the problem was something different. It was easily fixed once properly diagnosed with no extra cost to us. Fantastic customer service from Todd. Very grateful to him for his brilliant troubleshooting shooting!

I had a warranty issue with a Minerva boiler, there was no quibble even though i was just out of warranty period. Franke were brilliant arranging to send me a new unit within hours of me reporting it. Great customer care and service. Thank you.

I recently moved and the new house had a Franke 4-in-1 system, which produced only a dribble of water. The support I got remotely from the team at Franke was absolutely outstanding, sending me instructions and a step by step guide of things to check before an engineer visit
I was able to solve the problem myself and now have a working system thanks to the team on the end of the email. Saved me the cost of an engineer visit also ! Great support well done

We purchased a Franke tectonite sink on the 8th November 2025 from B&Q. The description non-staining and non-scratch. This is not true as it does suffer scratching and staining. A waste of money if you purchase this sink for these reasons. No point in asking for a replacement as that would only be a sign of madness (i.e. do the same thing and expect a different result)!

I was delighted with the engineer, very polite and knowledgeable. My only moan is having to be ready from 8am to 5pm, Dan arrived about 3pm, up until then I was stuck in the house, tit would be great if you could say morning or afternoon so that I can make better use of my time.
