Low quality, bad service and slow delivery

Bought a wallet a few months back. The delivery took very long and the wallet also broke after 2 months of usage. Frank Lorde would only offer a 50% discount on a new item.

Avoid!

This wallet is a terrible product!!

You wait 6 weeks for the wallet to arrive (drop shipped from China), when it does it looks nothing like the images (it's flimsy build quality, the card dividers are cheapo plastic, the wallet 'fabric' gets dirty and worn almost immediately) and then the wallet bursts as soon as you put 4 cards in it. You then ask for a refund, and in order to get this refund you have to pay to ship it to Australia (Australia!) before they might refund it, but at this point I wouldn't even trust them to do this.

Absolutely terrible product and format for selling... I don't ever post reviews, especially negative ones, but I’m posting one here: avoid, folks, avoid.

Utter garbage wallet

Utter garbage wallet. Fell apart in less than a month. No response to complaints. Took months to get here... Drop shipped from China. Avoid!

Excellent Customer Service.

Excellent product and very kind customer service.

Initially, when I purchased my Frank Lorde Travel bag, the package failed to be delivered multiple times, even when I was sat at home each time.

I contacted the support team.
They did take a while to get back to me, but explained that they were going through changes in their mailing system and genuinely seemed apologetic about my order.

Eventually, I thought they’d forgotten about me, but instead they refunded me 10% of the payment, and sent the item on next day delivery with Amazon instead of their usual courier.

I was over the moon with this gesture and happy to say that I would recommend this product and shop again with them.

Very poor customer service,I'm still…

Very poor customer service,I'm still waiting for a reply to my msgs,I've been told order should arrive 2/3 weeks,but I'm still waiting for a confirmation of the order actually being processed,this order will definitely not arrive in time or at all after the looks of it,there are few more ppl in same situation,I will give it another 10/14 days after which I'll contact paypal
Today 2nd January,45 days since I placed my order,item never came as they said "we lost our stock in an incident" and when I've asked for a refund they completely ignored me,just filed a PayPal claim

Lousy quality

Received the wallet after weeks as well. Quality is flimsy and plastic and sent from China. Not at all worth SGD$22

Ooh I wish I read the reviews

Ooh I wish I read the reviews. The wallet is disgustlingly cheap and plastic, and you have to fiddle with it for about five minutes to get it to close even with just three cards in there and nothing else. Not even going to bother trying to return it based on the reviews in here.

Astonishingly bad!

Rubbish service, poor quality products - they ignore emails and offer no customer service at all. Avoid buying at all costs!

Update - The wallet is perfect and has lasted 4 years!

Update - they sent me a replacement and it's lasted over 4 years. Brilliant wallet and quality!

The wallet is nothing like the images - cheap and small. The returns is made hard by only being in Australia and therefore costing a lot and the info@ email doesn't reply. Avoid and save your money.

AVOID

Ordered a wallet on 17th September but didn't receive it until 23rd October! I have not had the wallet long enough yet to comment on it's quality, but I certainly would not have ordered it had I know it would take 5 weeks to arrive. Furthermore, communication from the company was extremely poor. They took almost 3 weeks to respond to an email I sent them asking for an update on the status of my order, this silence made me think I had been scammed. Definitely avoid, wish I had!

UPDATE: Have now had the wallet a few months. It is very bad quality and has fallen apart so can no longer be used.

Save your money.

Ordered an item 30 September, it still hasn't arrived nearly a month later. Emailed mid-October asking where it was and got a reply saying my order had just been shipped three weeks after placing the order, although the tracking number they provided is bogus and has never worked so there is no way to actually track the shipment.
Emailed again to ask about the tracking number and for an estimated delivery date and haven't received a response.

*Do not buy*

I saw these guys on an Instagram advert, and unfortunately was tempted into ordering one of their wallets in the lighter blue colour for £20. It took around a month to arrive, but it warned of this on their website anyway.

I've used the wallet for only 3 weeks, and it has already split at the seam on the side, despite ensuring I wasn't stuffing the wallet beyond what it could capably hold. Considering my previous wallet lasted years, this is extremely disappointing. I've emailed the company at the only email address I can find for them, but have not received a reply.

To sum up, do not be tempted by their flashy photos. The product they have sent me has proven to be disappointingly poor in quality, and I feel duped.

EDIT 1 YEAR LATER: Support offered me a replacement a while ago, but I decided it wasn't worth it. Keeping this review here because I will still never buy from them again - I bought a different wallet on a different site and it's been perfect since.

Do not order from this company!

Do not order from this company!

Looks like a scam, I ordered a wallet and it never arrived. Two weeks after the order I email them asking about the order. It took them a week to reply saying sorry we are "migrating our emails" and if I want a refund. I replied yes cancel the order and refund me and they never replied back!

I am raising the issue with my Amex to get the money returned to me.
Do not fall into their trap. Do not order anything from them.
