I bought a slim card wallet and 11 months later it started to split. Tried to contact Frank Lorde and my emails bounce back. Which is similar to other reviews, it's a shame as the wallet was just what... See more

Missing item, no response on returns
I ordered two wallets and only one arrived. When it did, there was nothing fancy. Their "patented accordion system" was five pieces of plastic loosely tacked together, and it shifted every which way instead of staying in a row. I emailed their customer service five days ago for help on returning it. There was an automated reply that said the email was received but no response so far. I left a comment on their IG about it (below another comment about an order that has been missing for 2 months). Now my comment (and the other one) has been deleted. Looks like a scam if you ask me.
