Fantastic cruise from start to finish. Staff were all fantastic. Food was amazing every day. I had my birthday on board and was treated to birthday cake, present, breakfast in our cabin and a photo of my choice. We also had a vowel renewal on board. The crew made this really special for us. I wss pleasently surprised at the effort that was put in to make our say special. Everything we asked for was provided and the quality of the canapé, drinks, Flowers and cake was amazing. would definitely recommend and will be looking to travel with Fred Olsen again.

Staff wonderful, nothing too much trouble. Food exceptional, so much choice. All in all a truly memorable experience.

It was our first cruise, most enjoyable and we shall be cruising again. The staff were absolutely wonderful and could not do enough for you. They were very polite with beautiful smiles.

From the moment we were on board we were treated so specially and made to feel very welcome. The crew were all so friendly and professional. We enjoyed our breakfast in our cabin and thank you to the crew who served this. Our cabin was kept very clean and tidy by our two ladies who visited twice a day and we enjoyed the chocolate at night time. Our two waiters made our evening meal special, with their kind words, smiles and detail when serving our meals. We thought the Daily News was a really useful and informative information which helped us to decide each day what to do. The concerts in the evening were fantastic. All arrangements when we were in port were very well managed and made our days easy to enjoy.
Our whole experience was wonderful and full of memories we will treasure.

Staff all very helpful,courteous and friendly. Good variety of activities and the talk by the norway expert was really informative. Food very good. The italian restaurant was superb.knocked P&O out of the park. Will defo use again sailing from liverpool thank you for an excellent trip

I enjoyed my cruise but thought it very expensive, I was disappointed with the entertainment except for violinist and crew show. P&O entertainment is far superior

I had lovely holiday to the Fjords. Everything was very well organised. from arriving at Liverpool, to arriving back at Liverpool. Food on the ship was fantastic, as were the staff and the accommodation. Trips, which might have seemed expensive, were great. The added use of shuttle buses was a definite plus.

A very good experience, only spoiled by a change to one fundamental part of the scheduled itinerary of one of the shore trips, which we were not notified of in advance.

Staff on board are excellent and go the extra mile. Ship suite was really comfortable and well presented. Food excellent.

Slight annoyance was whilst we ate some of the fruit some was left to go soft and instead of it being removed left to smell.

The efficiency of the whole cruise. The staff are genuinely friendly and helpful and clearly enjoy their jobs. Mark and Rick our waiters, at Table 29 in the Aurora restaurant, particularly and also our room maid. The attention to detail every where was fantastic and the food choice and quality unbeatable.

I recently travelled with Fred Olson on the cruise ship Bollete, invocation and disembarkation went like a dream and very smoothly.From the moment you stepped on board, till the moment you disembarked you were treated with the utmost respect.

The staff were polite, courteous and nothing was ever too much trouble. The food was absolute perfection and the dining surface first class nothing, was too much trouble. The evening shows were exceptional and extremely enjoyable, the dancers and singers got everyone involved and you couldn’t help having a great time.

My suite was exceptional and spotlessly clean, the housekeeping staff worked so hard to make your stay comfortable and welcome. I would highly recommend Fred Olson to anyone and look forward to cruising with them again in the near future.

Very pleasant cruise. The crew are very helpful and polite. The ports visited were interesting and the itinerary good. The use of the tenders to land at some ports was a bit slow. The security staff could be less abrupt!

From booking to cruise it was a good, efficient, professional service.

The entertainment and theater were as good as London shows.

As a first-time cruiser, I found the whole experience amazing. It was so much easier boarding than the airport. The staff are lovely and make you feel special. The food from start to finish was 4/5*. My room was great. There was a full entertainments programme from morning to late night, including different shows every evening. Will definitely book with them again.
