It was very simple and easy to use. It was not difficult at all.

The second day after purchasing the license, the application stopped working. The helpdesk knows about the error and is communicating, I am waiting for the error to be fixed. I believe in the soon restoration of all functions of the active license

Very disappointing – Promised key never received!

I shared FreeGrabApp as requested in order to receive the free license key. According to the instructions, I should have received an email with the key after publishing – but that never happened! Instead, I only received an email saying that my post was not published, even though I followed all the rules. This seems like a trick to get free advertising without giving what was promised in return. To me, this feels completely dishonest. Absolutely not recommended!

Software not working for both Facebook and Instagram

Suggestion, do not touch this software unless you don't mind unreliability and refusal to sort out problems raised.

Variety of different error messages punctuated the downloading, preventing further downloading that day and technical support has no real idea what the problem is.

Assured problems would all be resolved within one month. Now over two months later and still problems. Constantly emailing company with issues on their bug reporting site and now being ignored. Creator of software, after pretending the problem had been resolved, which it had not, cancelled all ability to further message with issues.

By the way, it claims to be free, but if you want a video that has any form of quality for viewing, you have to pay.

Gave one star because that is the lowest possible but would have given less than half a star if that was possible.

High quality output. I've had problems with keyframes and scrubbing with other downloaders, but the Youtube Downloader from FreeGrabApp really works. Worth the fee.

So, I paid for the premium version and within just a couple days it stopped working and all I got was "parsing errors". I submitted a bug report, and the recommendation was to uninstall, then re-install the app, which I had already done. Basically, I just wasted $15 and moved on to a different free app that REALLY works. Wish I had found the other free app first

The price was right, the download was easy and the product not only work great, but was also very easy to use.

I have not been able to download an Amazon movie using the paid for FreeGrab. I would put title in searchbox, click onto the movie, copy the words and paste it on FreeGrab but would never download the movie. Stated error ,or something to that effect. I have noticed the title of chosen movie is never shown, like it was when I first bought FreeGrab. years ago. it was a waste of my money buying it again

Support is poor, they just copy-paste the same message. I applied 5 times to have a free licence as they advertise and all the time they refused it claiming that i did not post anything even when i submitted them a screenshot from the browser. So the free license is a scam, and if you ask what went wrong they simply answer to read the application instructions.

The app is not downloading videos from Netflix and technical support doesn’t respond to my requests!

Application stopped working properly after 5 months into license. It wouldn't even download basic YouTube videos. To buy another license is also annoying because you have to use crypto.

I was never able to use the program, it kept spinning and the link wouldn't load, I made tons of complaints with photos of what happened and they never responded, it was a huge scam, a year paid for nothing.
