Opaque with charges Dont respond to Emails
I purchased the full pack for £60 and now I am being charged £3.95 per month and £11.95 per month. I sent an email 1 month ago that was not responded to. I got charged the monthly fees again at weekend so I emailed again but no response and there is never an agent online so why is that button even there?.
It seems they are very good at taking money but rather opaque at answering questions and don't like responding to emails which has forced me to write this review, In the hope they respond.
Since leaving this review I was contacted by Lyndsey who explained what I had, what I could use and why I had it. We have had several emails which has resulted in Lyndsey refunding packages paid for to show goodwill (which didn't have to be refunded).Lyndsey was very professional and understanding and due to the response and outcome I got I would now recommend this company knowing they do listen to their customers and will go the extra mile for you.

They have sold me a domain that was owned buy someone else, I also had a domain with them( different name) that they sold to me twice( even though it was registered to me 5 months earlier).
And they to top it off. I was able to but my own domain I had purchased from Free logo services..( a 3rd one) from Go Daddy yesterday... when I looked it up on ICANN- it clearly shows no one had the domain- until I just purchased it.
I have messaged repeatedly for 5 days... and the response is... you can not talk to anyone... just email customer support.
Damn it... but from another company- at least you can call them and they will help you. Ripped me off for months charging me for domains I never owned!!!
I filed a report with the BBB.
I am sure this review will not make the forum

Brilliant Service
I had a few issues initially with the logo I designed and was struggling to contact the team to make an amendment, as it couldn't bee done on the syste. However I have since been in touch with them and Brianne has been brilliant and communicated on a daily basis with me to get the issue resolved. The end result is brilliant for the cost, and I will be using them again to purchase promotional products with me design.

This site is great
This site is great. I've created and purchased a few logos already. However, The only thing that makes the logos unique is when a company name is added to it. I don't really like that someone else can have the same picture as me and just add a different name. It takes away from the value of the logo. I'm in the process of finding out if I will be able to trade mark the logo I purchased so that I may be the only one to use it. I love the merchandise offered, however just a little pricy. Just one customized t-shirt cost nearly $30. So, buying in bulk would not be a consideration for me. That's ok though because the shirt was done fabulously and my son loves it so I can definitely count on Free Logo Services for my sample shirts. I will continue to do business with them and I have already recommended other startup businesses to do the same. Also, one last point, I'm still trying to figure out how to delete logos and other items that I haven't purchased or no longer want saved as part of my account.
