Very pleased with the business cards and service.
Easy to use website, straightforward as is adding information and choosing formatting.

They keep sending me invalid fedex numbers
Cannot get them to give me a valid tracking number to see when my business order will be received. Truly aggravated that they keep sending me links with Fedex tracking numbers that are incorrect!!!!
They took almost $200 dollars from me and I have no idea when my business cards, mugs and polos will arrive.
Will update review when I can track my packages!!!!

Lost a star because I created a…
Lost a star because I created a seemingly free logo and business card of my dreams only to find out that it's not free. Free means free. Doesn't mean I won't pay when it's not free. The domain name and website are misleading. I will pay but not before I lose my logo after 5 days. I'm not surprised; a lot of free services offered online have some cost to it. I'm still disappointed because I really like the logo and business card I designed, but I would have given five stars if I had gotten to download them for free.

Good price, good file downloads and am using the logo :-)
I liked my logo and am using it. Was a very reasonable price. Would have liked to edit a little more i.e been able to add text around my logo instead of only having the choice of above or below. I will be using your service for my business card design this week - my only complaint as an indecisive new business owner is too many to choose from :-) overall happy with the logo product and comprehensive files that were emailed. Thank you !

Previous: I’m sorry but with all due respect it’s like others have said, no customer support, that needs to improve A LOT!! I paid and am wanting to speak with a representative and it’s like these guys desert you after you purchase it’s ridiculous and I’m even debating on getting my money back because I can’t run a business like this! CUSTOMER SERVICE IS VERY IMPORTANT PLEASE MAKE SURE TO ANSWER ME ASAP!!
EDIT TO PREVIOUS REVIEW: Right after posting my previous review within a few hours I got a phone call from a very nice lady from customer support who helped me quickly, although I did feel like I din’t want to take too much of her time because she told me she called me before leaving which I appreciate that, she also directed me to the videos for me to learn however I do like to have the customer support connection it’s like 80% of a company to me haha, overall at the moment I’d recommend although my review could change soon.
