This the third time I have used Free spirit. They answer the phone, they help you with any questions about making sure your insurance is covered, they are happy to spend time going through questions - all worth being with Free Spirit. I have not had to claim but I travel with confidence.

Ease of contacting yourselves by phone and very nice helpful staff.
Unfortunately, prices have increased this last time.
It is around a £100 this holiday from last time in October 2025.
I have used yourselves for a number of years now, the 10% discount this time around was helpful.

Second Year with this company. Online application was straightforward although it crashed when trying to pay so had to call. Fortunately the site had retained all the information so did not have to do it all again.
The call was answered promptly and dealt with efficiently. Hopefully will be a similar experience if any claims are necessary.
