I've often covered the gourmet tins of food in French supermarkets but been put off bringing them home due to the weight. I was therefore delighted when this website was recommended to me and have them delivered to my house. Plus other delights such as lovely French Soap. I look forward to placing more orders.

This company it's a scam. I ordered a product on the 23/04 and it was told me it was shipped. I called a few days after to confirm the shipment and it was told me that the product would havel been shipped the week after. After one week I called to ask for the tracking number and I didn't get any response. I tried to call several times their customer service but I was not able to speak with anyone.

All my favourite yoghurts, soaps, shampoos and tartes delivered to the door. Recommended throughly!

I did not like this service. I ordered one French product; a different product arrived by courier.
The company had even swapped the item on my order history.
By emailing them, they agreed to take back the incorrect product. The experience was a waste of my time.

Benedicte let me know that one item on my order was on order but awaiting delivery.
Informed regularly, then suggested I could exchange my missing item for similar or different to progress.
Benedicte was so very kind and apologetic, there was no reason for me to be cross. I agreed, changed the goods wished her a happy day which I could now enjoy with a walk in the lovely unusual sunshine! Great to exchange happy words with a charming person, rather than a bot. 4th to 13th March.

Same products as in French supermarkets. Very well packed with ice for fresh products.

They responded to messages very promptly and the Facebook status were informative. I also really liked the range of products on the site, exactly what I was looking for.

I ordered first time from them but definitely not the last. Their range of products/communication/delivery were excellent, highly recommended.

My favourite biscuit is the LU petit bierce, I usually have to pack as many in the car on my return journey from France. I was very pleased to find this company selling these biscuits. My order arrived quickly and in great condition.

Delivery due 21st December 2024. No contact possible as they don't answer phone, don't reply to emails? Since writing this initial part, I have finally had a reply from this company who apologised for the delay and were promising delivery tomorrow (7th Jan)

Due to Brexit there was a delay in delivery and would have appreciated a bit more communication about the delivery date. However everything arrived well wrapped and in good order. It's wonderful to know we can still obtain some of our favourite French products.

My go-to website for anything French, whether I crave sirop de Menthe, or delicious biscuits, let alone French sweets. Always reminiscent of childhood.

Disappointed as I really wanted to love this company.. Slow customer service response until I got Paypal involved.
Once order was received the main item that we desperately wanted was wrong!
Was told that it was a busy time. Not my problem. I’m in hospitality and it’s a busy time for me too and yet I still give 100%
Would I use again? Not whilst there is an alternative online provider.

I wanted to do yesterday and order of nearly £200 for New year's Eve but when I wanted to choose in the end a time slot for delivery they wanted to charge me another £ 10 for it ! I am sorry but the products aren't cheap already ! so charging on a top of that a delivery fee for nearly £ 200 order it's out of order ! we are not millionaires !

I had an appalling experience with French Click, and I would strongly advise against purchasing from this company if you need reliable delivery. I ordered oysters for my wife’s birthday party, and the delivery was confirmed for November 8. Late on November 7, they informed me that some items were unavailable, and my delivery was delayed until November 9. This last-minute change was unprofessional and left me without options for a special event.

On November 9, after being told by DHL that my order was “out for delivery” between 9 AM and 2 PM, we waited all day—no one arrived. The window extended until 8 PM, but again, no delivery, no call, no attempt. I specifically requested DPD because DHL has a terrible reputation in the UK, but French Click ignored my choice, making this situation even worse.

Due to their negligence, I had to cancel the order and demand a full refund as the food is now unfit to consume. The complete lack of communication and disregard for a time-sensitive event ruined what was supposed to be a special day. Save yourself the hassle and disappointment—choose a service that values its customers.
