Ordered 3 hats all was wedged into a tiny box. The black one has marks and now has a stupid shape. The green one looks like it's been twisted and has a dent that I'm unable to remove. The distressed... See more

Unrealistic sizes, no free returns, not great quality
Ordered a xs men's coat for my 5ft 11 year old son. Did it fit. Sent back and ordered a small didn't fit. Sent back and ordered a Medium. It fits but to be honest for a £100 coat the quality isn't great and the filling has already moved after wearing twice leaving patches. The sizing is not realistic as there's no way my son is the size of a Medium man!! We used the measuring guide aswell!! After returning twice we wasn't offered free postage. Also bought a hat at Christmas and it started fraying after a few wears. Don't be rushing to buy anything again.

The clothes are great quality and the service was very quick, impressive in its own right as they must have been busy with Black Friday, one complaint, and the only one, they offered free bags with orders just two days after I’d placed orders and didn’t seem interested in my correspondence, but, other than that, can’t knock them
