Made a decision 11am, Colin and the team delivered and installed the same day!
The guys couldn't be more helpful even removing and re-using the heated water in our old spa so we could use it straightaway practically. I can't recommend Colin enough and the quality of our new hot tub is amazing and a lot easier to use and maintain than our previous hot tub. Great service and great value for money, we love our Hot tub!

We recently purchased the 'Grenada' hot tub from Fresh Hot Tubs. I'm so happy that we did. Super quick delivery and we've been in it every day since purchasing. The Fresh Hot Tub guys are great, they spent time with us installing the tub, filling it up and giving us guidance on chemicals and how to look after the spa. They also gave us their contact number so that we could contact them if we had any issues. Colin also called the next day to check everything was ok with the hot tub. Brilliant service and an awesome hot tub. Much more efficient and easier to maintain chemicals than our old lay z spa. I would definitely recommend buying from Fresh Hot Tubs. As with other reviews that I've seen when checking, everyone involved has been very helpful from start to finish and we are very pleased with the hot tub and its quality, thxs. You can also contact them if not sure on chemical levels etc and they get back to you to help out so great work on the after care, not like with some other larger companies

We bought a hot tub from Fresh hot tubs about a month ago and we love it! we bought the Cuba - 7 seats - the whole family are enjoying the experience on a daily basis - definitely the right decision. The service from Colin and Troy was friendly and efficient - we had our hot tub installed within 2 weeks of our first enquiry and we got lots of great advice on how to keep it clean and maintain it.

Great Price and Great service! Excellent service from both Colin and Kelly. Colin was extremely helpful with the installation and tips on how to keep the chemical levels right and has left his mobile with us for any questions or queries.

Purchased the large Sunbeach Aruba. Absolutely fantastic Hot Tub. Very large 6 seater but will comfortably take 7. On to Fresh Tubs themselves: Colin and the team were with me through and through the purchase process. They did a site survey as access was challenging but they found a great solution to get it into my Garden. Installed it last week and Colin took me through the maintenance process which actually is simple. During this first week I’ve sent him the readings and each day he has guided me through which chemicals to add. I’m now an expert! If you are hesitating a purchase don’t - just go for it the team at fresh tubs will guide you and help. It’s actually easier than I ever thought. The pre purchase and after sales is 2nd to none! We love it!

Wow what great service. Really nice people to deal with, excellent service all done within a week. The hot tub is a quality product, and if there were problems with getting the chlorine right, Colin was there to help on the phone at any time. I highly recommend purchasing from Fresh Hot Tubs. Outstanding aftercare!

The "proof of the pudding" when buying a product is the aftercare service you receive.

Colin has been on hand to help us with any advice we needed even calling us back late at night.

I would have no hesitation what so ever in recommending Fresh Hot Tubs. Excellent Product and superb customer service.

Amazing company with amazing staff!

From the first day i met Colin, he showed me his range of hot tubs and answered all my questions i had. Colin was not pushy at all. Most sales people would be trying to sell you all the extras for the hot tub. Instead, Colin was recommending inexpensive plunge head rests etc on Amazon explaining how they need to be replaced anyway with the water chemicals damaging them overtime. Why fork out on expensive head rests? Such an honest man!

Delivery and installation was a breeze with the team explaining every step they were doing and being as helpful as ever.

And to top everything off..the after service is just fab. Colin & Kelly have been on hand with every question i had. Reassuring me that they were only a call away if i had any problems. At one point i had difficulty with removing a filter. The next day Colin and his team turn up and assist me with getting it out.
