We paid an extra £25 for AM delivery & had a text the night before with the 2 hour time slot of 9:59-11:59 which was great so far!
However, it was only by chance that I checked the LIVE tracking info at around 10am that I found out that a 2 hours earlier the delivery had been UNSUCCESSFUL due to delivery vehicle issues!!
We hadn’t had any communication from Panther to say there was an issue, So we rang them & were basically told by one person that there wasn’t enough room on the vehicle for our new bed & they couldn’t guarantee they’d be able to get our delivery out to us & then by another person that the vehicle had failed!!?
We were then told we’d had to wait another 1-2 hours to see whether a secondary vehicle had been found, again we never received any confirmation from them?? At 10:32 we got the same text that we’d received 2 days prior saying:
“your order is booked for 22/04. We’ll send a text the night before with a time window” which didn’t really confirm whether or not we’d get our delivery or not?!
The company we bought the bed from didn’t even know there was an issue with our delivery until I called them at 1pm??
When we checked the live tracking it said we were delivery 6 of 6 & currently the vehicle was on delivery 0?
We had no idea what time our delivery would arrive because the live tracking info map stopped working so we couldn’t see how far away they were we could just see the delivery number they were on which also stopped at 3 of 6 for ages then we received a call from the driver at 15:45 to say they were about 10-15mins away.
Couldn’t fault the delivery men to be honest, but the lack of communication to say;
firstly, that there was an issue,
secondly, that the issue was resolved & we would be getting our delivery,
& thirdly, to not have any idea of when it was coming made the whole experience quite stressful.

We really can’t speak highly enough of the whole team from the initial advice via emails, to meeting at their site & seeing the hot tubs & then the installation team, it really has been a 1st class service from start to finish.
The after sales service has also been great too, you can contact the team anytime & they are always happy to assist with anything you need help with.
