Just so touched by their helpfulness at Fridja - Joanne did a marvellous job quickly replacing a lid whose knob popped out, quickly and efficiently. I was so grateful as I really enjoy my Fridja orange squeezer - makes delicious juice and is fun to use and easy to clean. I do recommend Fridja and particularly their great after sales service and team !

So, received my F1900, and realised there was some marking on the lid (easy missed, didn't affect functionality).
Reached out to Fridja about 30 mins ago, and already sorted - replacement on the way already, courtesy of Joanne!
The juicer itself is fantastic, the customer service is fantastic - def' recommend!

I enquired last night about an item that was showing as out of stock and received an almost immediate response. It turned out there was an issue with the link I was using, not the actual item. After a few quick and helpful messages back and forth, I was able to place my order today! I’ve been checking the stock on this juicer for months, and I couldn’t be happier with the fantastic service. Highly recommend!

I have only recently started frequently using my Fridja juicer and it's incredible. The mango sorbet last night was perfect. I had a bit of trouble unscrewing the main masticating bit and customer service got straight back to me and it was sorted in a jiffy. Now a nice bit of morning juicing.

Bought two steamers a handheld for my daughter and a standing one for me. Both broke within 2 years - out of guarantee. I’ll stick to my iron!

There was an item missing from my delivery, I emailed about it on a Sunday and had a reply from the ery helpful Joanne within an hour, and by the Tuesday morning she confirmed that a replacement was on its way.
One of the most positive customer service experiences I've had in a long time. Well done Joanne, you're a credit to your organisation.

We bought an F-1200 steamer and we are pleased with it. It is a great addition that helps a lot with laundry/ironing.
However due to some error in the marketing and manual description, since rectified, we could have reasonably expected a crease attachment. Fridja could perhaps have argued otherwise, but as soon as the attachment was available they sent us one f.o.c.
Customers services were attentive to this and easy to deal with. Bottom line - very good customer service.

bought the F500 portable blender, and it’s a fantastic upgrade from the cheaper one I was using before. It feels sturdy and good quality. I’ve used it for smoothies, juices, iced coffee, and mostly for protein shakes. The battery life is impressive – I’ve had it for a while now and only needed to charge it a couple of times. Overall, I’m really happy with my purchase and have already recommended it to friends.

I know how popular this juicer is n yes, it is a very good slow juicer, however, my experience has not been great, mostly due to the fact that whilst it handles vegetables n fruits very well, if you wanna use fibrous fruits, especially ginger or pineapple, this juicer doesn't cope very well at all, I see it as a mechanism issue in the design.
For me it begs the question, with both these foods being very popular to juice, especially ginger n if like me I juice ginger daily, why design a juicer that cannot handle fibrous produce, according to there CS they say 'it's in the manual'!, which means ya have to purchase the unit before ya find out!.
Personally, I think buyers may wanna know about this before they buy a Fridja, this way people can make a better decision n ask themselves, is this juicer right for me, bearing in mind it's not cheap.
My previous juicer was a Philips Centrifugal Heavy Juicer HR1861 an excellent juicer in its day n had no issues handling fibrous fruits.
However, I may have found a small solution to combat this fibrous problem, first let me say unequivocally, if you follow the explanation below, it is at your own responsibility n I am just explaining what I do, this is NOT a recommendation or what ya SHOULD do.
I freeze n then grate the ginger, pineapple n even soft fruits, I use green leaves in most of my juices then I wrap the grated foods in the leaves, spinach is my favourite, then I pop it into the juicer, today [08 August 2024] is the first time of doing this n it worked fine, I didn't have a battle removing any fibrous strands n cleaning the juicer was a lot quicker than previously.
Originally I scored this review 2⭐'s, I have come back to edit n although I stand by what I say about the juicer which I score 3⭐'s, I have now upgraded n scored Fridja 4⭐'s n this is due to their Customer Service Team, especially Joanne, Joanne has been like lightening in responding to my emails, I am very impressed n due to Joanna's polite, professional, efficient n friendly approach of the situation, I feel there worth 4⭐'s n a thank you happy customer experiance.

I absolutely love my handheld steamer, it's well designed and works a treat - much easier and quicker than ironing most items in my wardrobe. After not using my device for around 9 months I was surprised to find that it had stopped working, or at least it was heating up but steam wasn't coming out. It was out of warranty but I thought I'd get in touch to see if Fridja had any suggestions. I got a same day response with some good ideas of things to try out, and when they didn't work, Fridges suggested I send it to them for a closer look. They didn't promise anything but as it turns out they were able to unblock the water tube and get it working again, all for no charge. Superb communication and support, I'm a very happy customer and would recommend their products to everyone.
