Two booked trips gone wrong. First was not operating at this time of the year but was promoted on Viator. Arrived at meeting point with no-one there then being told it was not agents fault!
Second tour two days later had incorrect meeting timr on ticket and correspondence received day prior. Left waiting for one hour in the cold because of this.
Would I recommend this agent , - no.

I’ve purchased a guided tour with Frigerio Viaggi to see The Last Supper by Leonardo in Milan. At first, it was the only opportunity for me to have tickets which otherwise are sold months in advance. But it turned out to be the best money I’ve spent in Milan! Our guide Marcella was fantastic! She has a very elegant manner of narration which is pleasant to listen to. And her story was full of historical facts I’ve never heard of. We were thrilled to have Marcella as our guide to see this stunning and fragile masterpiece of Leonardo. An excursion to Sforza Castle came out as a pleasant bonus as originally it was not specified in the itinerary.
