The rug is exactly as described & good quality. It arrived in good condition, not curled up or distorted. The delivery arrived comfortably in the delivery window & the driver warned me the parcel was heavy (I'm a bit old).

Excellent customer service. Ordered 2 rugs for same room, got a call to let me know the colour match was not perfect. Went ahead with the order, kept in touch with the delivery schedule and arrived on time. Can’t tell the difference. Absolutely superb.
