Didn't receive order until evening. Flowers were wilted and turning brown having sitting in a hot delivery vehicle for over 6 hours. Hind sight being 20/20 I should have ordered before noon delivery and paid the extra cost, which I feel to be an inappropriate charge. Will not order from "From You Flowers" again.

The arrangement was poorly done. The stems were so short they didn't reach the water unless the pot was filled to overflowing. They used criss-crossed cellophane tape to hold the arrangement in place and it didn't work as the flower was too heavy so it kept falling to the side. My flowers started wilting the very first day and by day 3 they were practically dead. Not happy at all with this purchase.

My stepdad ordered two dozen roses for my mother for their anniversary, and the entire experience was disappointing from start to finish. The first bouquet arrived in terrible condition. When the roses were unwrapped, at least 3/4 of the leaves had already fallen off and were loose inside the packaging. One of the roses had even been cut directly beneath the bloom, leaving the detached bloom and the stem sitting in the bouquet. It honestly looked like very little quality control had gone into preparing the arrangement. My stepdad contacted the company and explained the situation, and to their credit, they sent a replacement bouquet. While the second bouquet was in better condition, the blooms were noticeably small—much smaller than expected for anniversary roses. The leaves were healthy, and the stems actually had thorns, but overall the bouquet still felt underwhelming. He decided not to contact the company a second time, and would just absorb the loss. Then, for reasons that were never explained, a third bouquet was delivered the day after the replacement arrived. What immediately stood out was that the packaging was completely different from the first two bouquets. In fact, all three bouquets were packaged differently from one another. The quality was different, the presentation was different, and the packaging was different. Unfortunately, the third bouquet had its own problems. Several of the roses showed visible fungal growth on the petals, and some blooms had large patches of fungus. I ended up removing approximately six blooms from the bouquet to prevent it from spreading to the remaining flowers. The leaves were healthy, and the blooms were significantly larger than those in the first and second bouquets, but there were no thorns on the stems. After receiving three different bouquets with three different levels of quality and three different styles of packaging, I can only assume that orders are being subcontracted to different florists. That would certainly explain the dramatic inconsistencies we experienced. Overall, this was a huge disappointment. The quality was all over the place, and none of the three bouquets met the standard we expected. We will not be using this company again. I also took photos of the fungus-ridden petals.

I was unable to get the flowers delivered as quickly as I wanted. I've never had flowers delivered in the evening so I thought I didn't need to pay extra for a morning delivery. My mom is older and goes to bed early and the flowers arrived sometime in the evening and were droopy, happy they were revivable and made her happy but I won't do this again-too stressful!

I am very unhappy and dissatisfied because first they dropped it off to a wrong address, the glass vase dont even have a box to hold it or keep it secure, water was pouring all over the place and worst of all the flowers are withered and petals were falling off, what a disgrace and mind you its not cheap, they offer discount but they hit you with high service charge but with a very poor service! NEVER AGAIN!
