This company is absolutely horrible

This company is absolutely horrible, they state they communicate via email about your order being cancelled and refunded, even though there is no email to be found. No refund sent through either, and customer service is terrible, not helpful at all and staff seem to not actually care about your problems. DO NOT ORDER anything from this terrible company.

Purchase Mother's Day Dozen Assorted…

Purchase Mother's Day Dozen Assorted Roses Special Classic which comes with (One Dozen plump luxurious long stemmed assorted colour roses - great for any occasion. Weve taken this beautiful rose bouquet and added gourmet chocolates, a stuffed teddy bear, and full size greeting card for your personal message). So we get an email just before midnight Mother's Day to be told that it will not be delivered till the 12th May, but then it didn't get delivered until the next day, and then when received there was only 10 roses a card with the receipt and not chocolates. So when I emailed to advised them at first that I was not happy that about the delivery cause at the time of purchase it was suppose to be delivered Mother's Day, but it didn't come to be told that its not come till the 12th which defeats the purpose of the gift being for Mother's Day to be told that it is coming 2 days after, but then it didn't come, it was 3 days after. Then when items were received, what they had stated you were going to received that didnt happen as welll cause it was only 10 roses not a dozen and no chocolates and then emailed them again about what was received and NO response. I did ask for a refund but they said it was to late and then they said that they would give a store credit, but instead got a 15% discount voucher.

What was delivered was not what I paid for.

What was delivered was not what I ordered (was of a lesser quality and content) and when I called twice to follow up I was more or less told I was confused, regardless that I had a picture of what I had ordered in my order confirmation email. The first person hung up on me when I asked how I could escalate my concern (I was not rude). The second person I spoke to told me to email an address that did not exist. This is a fraudulent operation that relies on people not checking with the recipient of the order what they actually received compared to what was paid for. I have since this review had a response - which basically says that as the flowers are seasonal, you don’t always get what you thought you were getting! I was totally unaware that chocolates and teddies are seasonal - silly me. This is a fraudulent organisation.

i received 2 dozen roses from my son for mothers Day.
i'am 94 years old and these were undoubtedly the worst flowers i EVER RECEIVED!!!!!

My order was not delivered

My order was not delivered, the florist rejecting my order but no communication or action was taken by From You Flowers until I chased them. My mom’s Mother’s Day was underwhelming because this service does not have sufficient systems in place to re-allocate orders nor do they have decent customer service to communicate with the client. Potentially empty promises given and vague explanations.

This is absolutely the worst company

This is absolutely the worst company. Ordered flowers to be delivered on mother's day everyday for the next week I recieved an email promising the next day delivery called customer service was promised the next day again another email finally demanded a refund. Stay away

Flowers were NOTHING like the picture…

Flowers were NOTHING like the picture and description!!! I was embarrassed to have sent them! May 1st order AND May 7th order! Both for graduation that was supposed to make them feel special!!

Horrible service - not sure Mothers Day Flowers will arrive

Horrible service, still waiting on Mother's Day Flowers 4 days later. They have no idea when it will come, if ever. I get texts from FTD but the number provided is Uber and all i get is they cancelled the delivery. I really just want my money back but that doesn't seem an option.

This company is a scam

This company is a scam. They aren’t a florist, they outsource orders to other florists IF one is available. They have no way of guaranteeing a delivery date and pushed the delivery date of my order 3 times. I ended up cancelling given the arrangement was going to be a week late if it even showed up. They shouldn’t allow customers to pay and provide them with a delivery date if they have no way of knowing if the order can be completed by a florist.

Absolutely horrible

Absolutely horrible. Expensive, order delayed multiple times, and poor service. Ordered flowers for Mother’s Day and was informed the day after Mother’s Day that they couldn’t complete my order on time but would try to get it there by the following day. Received yet another message saying the same thing the following day, at which point I cancelled the order.

The plant sent was not as nice as shown on their web page. I wish I could attach photos of what was shown on their website and what our friend actually received.

Bad for Business. Late order!

I ordered on 5/6 for a mother's day delivery to show up on 5/9. my order never arrived and I never got a notification or anything telling me why. when i called on Monday 5/11 they apologized and said it would be rushed right out. my order did not arrive until the following day 5/12. they never attempted to make anything right... I have ordered multiple orders from them and will not in the future if they don't make it right. bad for business!!!
